Research objectiveIn this paper,141 patients with diuretic resistance in chronic heart failure were surveyed on the distribution of TCM syndromes and related factors of diuretic resistance in chronic heart failure. Then the collected data were sorted out and analyzed for statistical analysis. The distribution of diuretic resistance in chronic heart failure in TCM syndromes and the distribution of common clinical symptoms of this disease were discussed.Law,and its related factors,to explore its possible pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine, and then provide data support for the disease, and provide relevant epidemiological basis for scientific research.Research methodsOn the basis of previous investigation, relevant literature was searched, expert opinions were synthesized to optimize the questionnaire, and epidemiological investigation methods were used to collect clinical data of diuretic resistance in chronic heart failure patients in cardiovascular ward of Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2014 to December 2018.The manifestations of patients’ TCM syndromes were observed and TCM syndrome differentiation was carried out.Mainly include: 1.Using TCM Syndrome Questionnaire(based on: clinical observation and literature research,(mainly referring to TCM Syndrome Diagnostic Criteria referring to the Eight Principles of TCM Diagnostics and Qi,Blood and Body Fluid Dialectics),preliminary screening out common TCM symptoms of diuretic resistance in chronic heart failure, and carrying out clinical data(including sex)for each patient in accordance with the inclusion criteria.Gender,age,etc.)Collect and sort out,and make judgments on the types of syndromes. The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical symptoms of the disease.Secondly,SPSS22.0 statistical software is used to analyze data,in which the measurement data are uniformly expressed by the standard deviation of the mean, the counting data are tested by chi-square test, and the independent samples are analyzed and compared by t-test.When P < O.05,the difference was significant.Research findings1.The average age of 141 patients with diuretic resistance in chronic heart failure was 73.79 + 12.33 years old,the youngest was 37 years old,and the oldest was 102 years old.2.Of 141 patients with diuretic resistance in chronic heart failure,82 were males and 59 were females, with no statistical difference.3.A total of 141 patients with diuretic resistance in CHF were collected in this study. The causes of heart failure were hypertension, coronary heart disease, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy and other diseases(mainly chronic pulmonary heart disease).4.The common TCM syndromes of 141 patients with diuretic resistance in CHF are Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. The more common TCM syndromes are blood stasis and phlegm turbidity syndrome,Yang deficiency and water drinking syndrome, and other TCM syndromes are Qi deficiency syndrome,Yang deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency and water drinking syndrome, water drinking syndrome,Qi deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm turbidity syndrome.5.141 patients with diuretic resistance in chronic heart failure were classified according to deficiency and excess, and 86 patients(60.9%)were classified as deficiency and excess syndrome.Research conclusionThe conclusion of this study preliminarily shows that the common types of TCM syndromes of chronic heart failure patients with diuretic resistance are Qi deficiency and blood stasis, blood stasis and phlegm turbidity,Yang deficiency and water drinking.
