Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Diuretic Resistance In Patients With Xinshuixiao And Lishuitie

Objective:By appliying Xinshuixiao and Lishuitie,observe the effects of the style of yin-yang deficiency and blood stasis water stop chronic heart failure(CHF)in patients with diuretic resistance.The efficacy in improving traditional Chinese syndromes,affecting patients’ negative balance every day,increasing six-minute walking distance,improving cardiac function and LVEF was observed,and its mechanism was discussed.Methods: Follow the randomized control method,72 patients with CHF and diuretic resistance who met a criterion,divide into treatment group(TG,n = 36)and control group(CG,n = 36).Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine for CHF,which treat on the basis of conventional transfusion add diuretics by vein and oral administration.while TG added XL(bid)with 14 days for a course,two courses were observed altogether.At day of 14,evaluate symptomology of traditional Chinese medicine、level of edema、LVEF edc.The incidence of adverse drug reactions and other complications was also observed,to evaluate the effect of Xinshuixiao Granule and Lishui Paste on the above indicators.Results: The medical record of 72 are not lost,36 treatment groups,36 control groups.Efficacy comparison:On the aspcet of syndrome and effect of Chinese medicine,the effective rate of the treatment croup is 89%,the effective rate of control groups is 64%.Cure symptoms after curative effect comparison between groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05);On the aspcet of improve cardiac function,the effective rate of the treatment croup is 86%,the effective rate of control groups is 61%;On the aspcet of improve 6MWD,the effective rate of the treatment croup is 78%,the effective rate of control groups is 53%;On the aspcet of improve LVEF,the effective rate of the treatment group is 80%,the effective rate of control groups is 33%;All cure symptoms after curative effect comparison between two groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Safety comparison:In the course of clinical observation,no obvious discomfort was observed in the two groups,it safety in clinical trail.Observe two groups of negativebalance,all cure symptoms after curative effect comparison between two groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Conclusion: By comparing the traditional Chinese syndrome points,24-hour access,six-minute walking distance,cardiac function and LVEF of the two groups,the study prove the Xinshuixiao and Lishuitie was effective in the treatment of Yin and Yang deficiency,blood stasis and water stasis stopping type heart failure combined with diuretic resistance,with no obvious toxic and side effects and few adverse reactions.
