Comparison Of Short-term Curative Effect And Balance Function Between Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty And Total Knee Arthroplasty In The Treatment Of Unicompartmental Osteoarthritis Of Knee Joint

Objective:To compare the recent curative effect of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty and total knee arthroplasty on the knee osteoarthritis of one-sided chamber,and to explore the effect of two different surgical schemes on the body sensation and the recovery of the balance function of the patients after treatment.So as to provide theoretical support for patients with knee osteoarthritis which are clinically used for treating one-side chamber disease by adopting an individualized operation scheme.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to compare the patients with knee osteoarthritis of one-sided chamber with surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018,and it was divided into observation group(Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty group,UKA,22 cases 23 knees).the control group(total knee replacement group,TKA,30 cases 30 knees).Comparison of two groups of patients with time of operation,average hospital stay,United States special The knee joint score of surgical hospital(hospital for special surgery knee score,HSS score)and knee joint mobility(ROM)were used to evaluate the early curative effect before operation,3 months after operation,Six months after operation,the balance function of the patients was evaluated by Tecnobody proprioceptive test system and"timing,standing and walking,(time up and go test,TUG test),Berg balance scale(Berg balance scale,BBS score)Results:The operation time of the observation group was shorter[(89.86±5.55)min vs.(104.03±13.51)min,t=-4.465,P<0.001],and the average hospital stay was shorter[(7.32±1.18)days vs.(15.63±5.77)days,t=-6.533,P<0.001];The last follow-up of the two groups was not statistically significant[(92.00±2.69)vs.(89.16±2.78),t=1.894,P=0.064];two groups of patients There was no statistical difference between the last follow-up of the patients[(117.79 ±5.60)and(116.62±4.86),t=0.559,P=0.579];the last follow-up of the two groups was not statistically different[(22.56±2.28)seconds vs.(23.78±2.17)seconds,t=-1.961,P=0.056];The BBS score was not statistically significant at the last follow-up[(53.04±1.52)score vs.(53.30±1.51),t=-0.612,P=0.543];There was significant difference in the stability limit of Tecnobody proprioceptive test system between the two groups at the last follow-up[(74.90±5.40)vs.(66.95±3.45),t≤8.157,P<0.001].Conclusion:the short-term efficacy of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty and total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of unilateral interventricular osteoarthritis of knee joint is satisfactory.The operation time,average hospitalization time and proprioceptive feeling of unilateral interventricular osteoarthritis of knee joint are satisfactory.The recovery of balance function is better than that of total knee arthroplasty.In clinic,the best treatment scheme should be selected for the treatment of knee joint single compartment osteoarthritis.
