Clinical Study Of Warming Yang And Removing Blood Stasis In Treating Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of warming yang and removing blood stasis in treating the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis,in order to understand the disease in a deeper level and to find out a better treatment plan at the same time.MethodSixty patients with pelvic inflammatory disease of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were selected and divided into semi-random,single-blind and parallel control groups according to the order of treatment.The single number was the treatment group and the double number was the control group.In the treatment group,30 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine for warming yang and removing blood stasis on the basis of routine use of antibiotics.In the control group,30 cases were treated with Dutan parasitic Shuangxiao Powder on the basis of routine use of antibiotics,and the scores of TCM syndromes and local signs before and after treatment,the disappearance time of abdominal pain and the recurrence of abdominal pain after 3 months of withdrawal were recorded.Then the data before and after treatment were statistically processed.The curative effect was compared.Result1.The independent sample t test showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).The duration of disappearance of abdominal pain in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving abdominal pain.2.53 cases of lower abdominal pain(28 cases in treatment group and 25 cases in control group)were evaluated after treatment for 3 months.Among them,2 cases relapsed in the treatment group,26 cases did not recur,the recurrence rate was 7.41%.The recurrence rate in the control group was 28%(P < 0.05),which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in preventing the recurrence oflower abdominal pain.ConclusionThrough the comparison with the common treatment methods,it is shown that Jingfang plays an effective role in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases.And it is effective in relieving abdominal pain,the recurrence rate is low 3 months after withdrawal,and there are no adverse events.The clinical use is safe,convenient and worthy of further promotion.
