Clinical Observation Of Treating High-risk Diabetic Foot With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis By Addition And Subtraction Of Maitongfang

Objective: Through the clinical study of addition and subtraction of Maitongfang in treating high-risk diabetic foot with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,the effects of Maitongfang on fasting blood glucose,postprandial glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood fat,TCM symptoms,ABI,TBI,superficial sensation of foot and deep sensation of foot were observed to explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine in preventing and treating diabetic foot with high risk.Methods:Forty cases of high-risk diabetic foot with Qi deficiency and blood stasis were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with1:1 ratio.Two cases were removed,38 cases were finally observed.The control group received diabetes health education,proper foot care,dietary exercise,drug hypoglycemia,vascular endothelial protection,nutritional nerve,lipid regulation,hypotension,anticoagulation and so on.The experimental group was treated with Maitongfang on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The changes of fasting blood glucose,postprandial glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood fat,TCM symptoms,ABI,TBI,superficial sensation of foot and deep sensation of foot were observed before and after treatment.Finally,the comprehensive curative effect was evaluated.Results:In the group after treatment,there was a significant decrease in TCM symptom points in the experimental group,with significant statistical differences(P<0.01),and a significant decrease in TCM symptom points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the treatment,the experimental group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Compared with the two groups after treatment,the effectiveness test group of TCM symptoms was significantly better than the control group,and there was significant statistical difference(P<0.01);(3)In the group after treatment,the two groups showed significant improvement in ABI and TBI,with significant statistical differences(P<0.01).After the treatment,the experimental groupwas superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)After treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement of the deep feeling of the foot was comparable and no statistical difference(P>0.05);(5)After treatment,the levels of FPG,2hPBG,HbA1 c,TC and TG in the two groups decreased significantly(P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPG,2hPBG,HbA1 c,TC and TG in the two groups were similar,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The addition and subtraction of Maitongfang can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score,the effectiveness of TCM symptoms,ABI,TBI and superficial sensation of feet in high-risk diabetic foot patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.It shows that Maitongfang can improve the blood supply of lower limbs,improve nerve function,regulate TCM symptoms without adverse reactions,and is worthy of further study and promotion.
