Clinical Study On Yiqi Dingji Decoction In The Treatment Of Tachyarrhythmia (Insufficiency Of The Heart-qi)

Objective: This research mainly used the method of clinical observation to study the experience of the instructor Yiqi Dingji Decoction combined with metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of tachyarrhuthmia in the central arrhythmia,the clini efficacy and the quality of life changes in order to evaluate the superiority and safety of Yiqi Dingji Decoction in assisting antiarrhythmia.Methods: 64 paticnts who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(Yiqi Dingji Decoction combined with metoprolol tartrate)and control group(metoprolol tartrate).Due to shedding,rejection,etc,31 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group were treated for 4 weeks.The TCM symptoms,Western medical efficacy,and Chinese quality of life questionnaire were recorded before treatment and on the 28 th day of treatment.Changes in blood routine,electrolytes,liver and kidney function,etc,The results were statistically analyzed using spss22.0.Results:The total effective rate of Western medicine in the two groups was 77.5% in the treatment group and 63.3% in the control group.The treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;the treatment group reduced the number of vibrato episodes over the control group,and there was no significant difference in the rate of ventricular control for persistent atrial fibrillation.Both treatments can improve the symptoms of TCM,and the treatment group is significantly better than the control group.Both treatments can improve palpitations,chest tightness/chest pain,dizziness,fatigue and shortness of breath.On this basis,the treatment group can also improve pale,dizzy,impotence,spontaneous sweating and tongue pulse.Neither group has obvious improvement on the symptoms of forgetfulness.Compared with two groups,the treatment group is significantly better than the control group in improving some specific TCM symptoms,and is also better than the control group in improving the overall effective rate.Both groups of treatment programs can improve the physiological dimension,psychological dimension and self-evaluation in the quality of life,and have no influence on the environmental dimension and social relation dimension.The treatment group is superior to the control group in improving the physiological dimension and psychological dimension.In this test,the blood routine,liver and kidney function indexes and coagulation function of patients with atrial fibrillation before and after treatment in both groups are within the normal range,and there are no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion: Compared with metoprolol tartrate alone,Yiqi Dingji Decoction combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia(heart-qi deficiency,uneasy heart syndrome)(mainly for premature beat,atrial fibrillation,sinus tachycardia)can significantly improve clinical symptoms,further reduce the tendency of arrhythmia onset,further improve the quality of life to a certain extent,have good safety performance,and have no serious adverse reactions,and are worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
