| Objective:To investigate The clinical effect of light therapy on patients with DSWPD.Methods:According to ICSD-3 criteria,15 patients with delayed sleep-wake phase disorder were selected from the Department of Neurology, first Hospital of Hebei Medical University from June,2017 to October,2017as the study object, and 15 subjects as control group. Both groups were treated with specific band blue light 1hour(wavelength is about 470nm)at 06:3009:00(1h2h after wake-up).The scores of sleep quality assessment questionnaire, such as HAMA14,HAMD24,PSQI,ESS,MEQ,ISI,and sleep latency, sleep time, time in bed, sleep efficiency, sleep quality, arousal times, and wakefulness time recorded by sleep diary and actigraphy were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:1 The PSQI-G scores of the observation group(DSWPD group),times of awakening and awakening time recorded by sleep diary were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),while MEQ and sleep quality were increased(P<0.05).The mean score of MEQ rose from(38.07±9.00)score(Middle)before treatment to(47.33±8.14)score(Middle-Evening)after treatment. The sleep phase showed a general forward trend,The average sleep time was(23:19±0:11)7 days after treatment and(23:03±0:11)7 days before treatment. The average sleeping time of 7 days was 16 minutes earlier than that of 7 days before treatment.2 The PSQI and PSQI-G score of the normal control group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),The time in bed recorded by sleep diary and Actigraphy were increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Blue light therapy can improve the sleep of DSWPD patients from arousal times, awakening time and sleep quality, and can change the circadian rhythm of the patients from"Middle-Evening"to"Middle",and can make the sleep-wake phase of patients move forward to some extent.2 The quality of sleep at night and the daytime function of normal people sleep also can improve after blue light therapy,3 At present,no related adverse reactions and side effects were found. |
