Analysis Of The Implementation Status And Influencing Factors Of Basic Public Health Service Projects In Shanxi Province From The Perspective Of Resident Satisfaction

Objective:Through a questionnaire survey,an overall evaluation of basic public health service projects by residents of Shanxi Province was formed to understand the level of residents’ satisfaction with basic public health service projects implemented in Shanxi Province,and to analyze the influencing factors,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,provide certain theoretical support for the relevant departments to formulate policies and measures.Methods:Using the databases of Chinese CNKI,Wan Fang,VIP to search relevant topics of basic public health services,and to review,screen,and collate the documents obtained,and to fully understand the research results at home and abroad related to this research.Taking the implementation of basic public health service projects as the main body and combining actual conditions,a questionnaire was drawn up,and the questionnaire distribution and recycling of residents in the urban areas of Shanxi Province were conducted through the training investigators.SPSS20.0 software was used to analyze the basic situation of the established database,and weighted TOPSIS method was used to comprehensively evaluate the implementation status of basic public health service projects.Results:1、Reliability and validity:The overall reliability coefficient of the questionnaire is0.924,indicating that the questionnaire has high internal consistency and reliability is verygood.The KMO value was 0.93,indicating that the validity of the questionnaire was good.2、Statistical description: The overall evaluation of the implementation of the project by the residents,the largest proportion of the results is "more satisfactory".In comparison,the highest degree of awareness and participation is the vaccination program;the overall level of willingness to cooperate is relatively high;For the degree of satisfaction,the most significant items that are rated as highly satisfactory are vaccination and health education.The relevant influencing factors assume that the results show that the accepted service items: projects that meet the high degree of demand,the overall evaluation of satisfaction is also high;Think the project is convenient more convenient projects,the proportion of "more satisfactory" is the most in the overall evaluation;Think the project is very fair,"very satisfied" accounts for the largest proportion of the overall evaluation;Think the project is prevention and treatment of disease is very obvious,the proportion of “very satisfied and satisfactory ” accounts for the overall evaluation.In the future,the participation enthusiasm of the residents is still relatively high,but the group with low overall evaluation has low enthusiasm for participation.3、The overall evaluation test results of the questionnaire showed that the chi-square test results of gender and income in the demographic characteristics data were P<0.05,and the composition ratio was considered to be different.A rank correlation test was conducted on the health status of the demographic characteristics as well as the subject of the questionnaire and related assessments.The results showed that except for P1(Whether you or the people around you have participated in health records.),the P values of other items in the questionnaire are all less than 0.05,it can be considered that the test item is related to the overall evaluation.4、The comprehensive evaluation results based on weighted TOPSIS showed that,among the basic public health service projects implemented in Shanxi Province,the most comprehensive one is health records,followed by vaccination.Conclusions:1、Through the subjective feelings of residents on basic public health service projects,and analyzing the overall evaluation of the project and the influencing factors of implementation,it can be summarized as the following aspects: performance appraisals,degree of cognition and participation,the degree of conformity,degree of convenience and fairness of the project.2、Based on the conclusions of the data analysis,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed:standardize the process,increase publicity,improve residents’ awareness and participation in the project;improve the project evaluation index system,pay more attention to actual results,and promote the improvement of service quality;provide service projects that are more in line with requirements and establish a scientific and rational project selection mechanisms;improve the provision of projects to make it more convenient and convenient for residents;pay attention to fairness among different regions,projects,and different groups of people,ensure that the residents accept the starting point of the service fair,the process is fair,the result is fair.
