Objective: Through the use of clinical randomized controlled trials, the efficacy and safety of heat-clearing and liver-soothing and stomach-regulating methods combined with auricular point pressing beans in the treatment of HP infection CNAG caused by liver-stomach stagnation heat were observed to provide the basis for the clinical promotion of this treatment method. Methods: Sixty patients with liver-intestinal stagnation-type HP-infected CNAG who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of randomization and single-blind.The patients were compared with the general data such as gender, age and disease duration, and statistically, there was no significantity.Differences are comparable. The treatment group was treated with Qingre Shugan and Weifang combined with auricular acupoints for 4 weeks. The control group was treated with conventional gastric quadruple therapy for 2 weeks. At the end of the course of treatment, the situation of TCM symptom improvement, gastric mucosal score change,HP negative rate,long-term follow-up efficacy and various safety indicators were observed and recorded.Results:1.After treatment, the curative effect of TCM syndromes in two groups was compared. The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatmentgroup and 73.33% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After the end of treatment, the total scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P< 0.01).3.In the improvement of the main symptom scores, the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.01).In the improvement of the symptoms of pain and pain, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01),improving the stomach cramps. There was no significant difference in the scores of burning pain symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).4.In the improvement of each secondary symptom score, the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than before(P<0.01),and the control group had no significant change before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of symptom scores of acid reflux, hernia and abdominal distension(P>0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of dry mouth and mouth pain(P<0.05).5.The gastroscope morphology scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).6.In terms of HP conversion rate, the treatment group was 43.3%,and the control group was 73.3%.The control group was better than the treatment group(P<0.05).7.At the follow-up,there was no significant change in the symptoms of TCM in the treatment group(P>0.05),and the symptoms of TCM in the control group were aggravated(P<0.05).8.During the course of treatment,no significant adverse reactionsoccurred in either group. Conclusion: Clearing heat and soothing liver and stomach combined with auricular acupoint pressing for treating liver and stomach stagnation and heat type HP infection CNAG is superior to conventional stomach quadruple group in improving TCM symptoms and prolonging long-term curative effect, and is equivalent to conventional gastric quadruple in improving gastric mucosal injury. There was no adverse reaction, but it was not as good as conventional quadruple therapy for HP eradication rate.
