The Clinical Observation Of Tiaozhihuoxuedecoction In The Treatment Of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease With Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TiaoZhiHuoXueDecoction on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,and objectively evaluate its effectiveness.Methods:Sixty outpatients who met the inclusion criteria of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was given oral administration of tiaozhi huoxue decoction,while the control group was given oral administration of simple silybin capsule.Both groups received basic treatment for 2 months.To observe the improvement of TCM syndromes,serum biochemical indexes and ultrasonic imaging changes before and after treatment in the two groups,and to compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:After the treatment of patients in the treatment group and the control group was completed according to the experimental process,the data obtained were sorted out and analyzed.The results of this study are reported as follows:(1)Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy between the two groups: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,while that of the control group was 63.3%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(2)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment:(1)Comparison among groups: The TCM syndrome scores of thetreatment group and the control group were 1.76±1.45 and 5.20±4.67,respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),this indicates that the treatment group is more effective than the control group in improving the overall syndrome of TCM.(2)Intra-group comparison:Comparison of patients in the two groups before and after treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.01).indicating that both groups have improved the overall effect of TCM syndromes.(3)Comparison of the efficacy of serum biochemical indexes between the two groups:Liver enzyme(ALT)efficacy of the treatment group was76.7%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Liver enzyme(ALT)indexes in the treatment group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The therapeutic effect of TC and TG in the treatment group was 70.0%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The serum lipid index(TC,TG)of the treatment group was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).(4)Liver ultrasound imaging efficacy comparison between the treatment group and the control group:Comparison of the efficacy of liver ultrasound between the two groups,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome was treated with TiaoZhiHuoXueDecoction,which can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of patients.The effect of ALT,TC and TG in the treatment group was similar to that in the control group.
