Establishment Of Evaluation Index System For Care Needs Of Stroke Patients During Hospitalization And Its Reliability And Validity Test

Objectives To construct an index system for evaluating the care needs of stroke patients during hospitalization,and to test the reliability and validity of the index system for the care needs of stroke patients during hospitalization.Methods 1 The index system was constructed by collecting and reading a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad,combining with the results of interviews with patients and clinical medical workers,as well as the observation of clinical practice and the careful guidance of tutors,and initially establishing the evaluation index system of care needs of stroke patients during hospitalization.Twenty experts who met the criteria were invited to consult and finally determine the evaluation index system.Twenty stroke patients were selected for pre-experiment,and the items which were ambiguous and difficult to understand were revised.Finally,the evaluation index system of care needs of stroke patients during hospitalization was formed.2 Reliability and validity test of index system 1)Validity test evaluates the content validity of the scale in the process of expert consultation,using content validity index?CVI?as the quantitative index of content validity,and structural validity is tested by exploratory factor analysis.2)Reliability test checks of the results of the two surveys before and after calculation are calculated to analyze the retest reliability.All the results were checked and sorted out.Excel was used to establish the database and SPSS23.0 software package was used for statistical analysisResults 1 The index system was constructed by collecting and reading a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad,combining with the results of interviews with patients and clinical medical workers,as well as the observation of clinical practice and the careful guidance of tutors,and initially establishing the evaluation index system of care needs of stroke patients during hospitalization.Twenty experts who met the criteria were invited to consult and finally determine the evaluation index system.Twenty stroke patients were selected for pre-experiment,and the items which were ambiguous and difficult to understand were revised.Finally,the evaluation index system of care needs of stroke patients during hospitalization was formed.2 Reliability and validity test of index system 1)Validity test evaluates the content validity of the scale in the process of expert consultation,using content validity index?CVI?as the quantitative index of content validity,and structural validity is tested by exploratory factor analysis.2)Reliability test checksof each dimension;Pearson correlation coefficients of the results of the two surveys before and after calculation are calculated to analyze the retest reliability.All the results were checked and sorted out.Excel was used to establish the database and SPSS17.0software package was used for statistical analysis.Delphi expert inquiry results In this study,90%of the total number of experts gave feedback.The evaluation index system contains four dimensions,a total of 46 items.2 Validity of the evaluation index system of care needs of stroke patients during hospitalization 1)Structural validity:The first exploratory factor analysis showed that KMO was 0.831 and Bartlett's sphericity was0.831(?^?17?=1044.750,P<0.001),suggesting that exploratory factor analysis was suitable for exploratory factor analysis.Fifteen,which was in accordance with the dimension of the secondary indicators of the index system.The cumulative variance contribution rate was76.840%.In the second exploratory factor analysis,KMO detection value was 0.811,Bartlett's sphericity test value was(?^?17?=441.094,P<0.001).which accorded with the first-order index dimension of the index system,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 48.101%.2)Content validity:Content validity index?I-CVI?at item level ranges from0.83 to 1.00,indicating that each item has good content validity;the average content validity index?S-CVI/Ave?at scale level is 0.97,and the total consistent content validity index?S-CVI/UA?is 0.80.3.Reliability of evaluation index system of care needs of stroke patients during hospitalization 1)Internal consistency reliability:Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the index system is 0.886,and Cronbach's alpha coefficient of four dimensions is 0.769,0.839,0.722 and 0.886,respectively.2)Item sensitivity:The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of each item in each dimension is lower than the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of that dimension,and the change range is very small.3)Re-test reliability:the total scale and the four dimensions were 0.961,0.919,0.965,0.987 and0.958,respectively?P<0.001?.Conclusions This study has constructed an evaluation index system for the care needs of stroke patients during hospitalization and has good reliability and validity.It can be used for the study of care needs of stroke patients in acute stage in China.Figure 1;Table 18;Reference 121...
