| Objective:Through the analysis of adhesion ileus after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery,the independent risk factors were clarified,and the risk prediction scoring system of adhesion ileus after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery was established.Methods:Collected during 2014.01-2016.12 in the first affiliated hospital of chongqing medical university line laparoscopic colorectal tumor surgery in patients with clinical data,analysis of adhesion sex intestinal obstruction occurred after data of 45 cases,that is likely to affect the postoperative adhesion sex intestinal obstruction occurred risk factor for independent samples T test,cross table and binary Logistic regression analysis,attempts to establish a laparoscopic colorectal cancer postoperative adhesion ileus risk rating system,single factor analysis using measuring data of independent sample T test and cross form of count data,In addition,Logistic regression model was adopted for multifactor analysis,and Receiver Operating Characteristic curve(ROC)was used to detect the prediction accuracy of the scoring system at last.Results:Risk factors for adhesion ileus after laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.The results of one-way analysis showed that postoperative abdominal infection(?~2=13.4,P=0.000),preoperative ASA grades(III,IV,?~2=48.9,P=0.000)and hypoalbuminemia(≤34g/L,?~2=5.86,P=0.015)were the related factors affecting the incidence of adhesion ileus after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that preoperative ASA grading(OR=0.116,95%CI:0.055-0.246),hypoalbuminemia(OR=2.085,95%CI:1.022-4.245),and postoperative abdominal infection(OR=5.008,95%CI:2.070-12.117)were independent risk factors for adhesion ileus after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery(P<0.05).Risk factors were scored according to Logistic regression coefficient,albumin(≤34g/L)=1 point,postoperative abdominal infection=2 points,preoperative ASA grade(III,IV)=3 points,and total score 4 for high-risk patients with postoperative adhesion intestinal obstruction.Conclusion:A set of parameter-based risk prediction scoring system for adhesion ileus after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery was established,which can effectively identify high-risk patients with adhesion ileus after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery. |
