Sharing medical health big data is an important guarantee for improving the quality of medical services.The Personal Health Record(PHR)stores information about the patient’s lifelong health care activities.These data are generally stored in the information system of the medical institution,causing data fragmentation,difficulty in being queried and accessed,and sharing medical data.It has become a challenging issue in this area.Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of traditional medical informa tion sharing platform,this paper studies the medical information sharing platform based on blockchain,and realizes the DAPP system of medical information sharing platform through Ethereum.Firstly,a new double encryption logic is proposed to protect the PHR information for the privacy protection of the shared platform,and the management of the PHR block is realized.Secondly,it is unfair to the PHR data transaction between doctors and patients.Unable to get the medical service corresponding to the medical information he provided,designed and implemented a trustworthy information sharing strategy based on Ethereum smart contract,through management contract,to achieve trusted interaction between the two parties;Finally,In order to solve the problem of serious waste of Ethereum consensus algorithm resources and unstable PHR block generation time,a consensus algorithm for PHR is proposed to guarantee the stability of medical information sharing platform.Finally,through the analysis of the medical information sharing platform,a DAPP program based on the B/S architecture medical information sharing platform is realized,and the platform is functionally tested from the aspects of PHR block management function and intelligent contract management function.Then,the performance of the platform is tested on both the CPU consumption and the PHR block generation time for the entire platform,ensuring that the platform and the performance can meet the platform requirements. |
