Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Shoulder Subluxation After Stroke By Triple Puncture With Electric Acupuncture

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on subluxation of shoulder joint after stroke,the degree of pain relief,the recovery of upper limb function and the distance between acromion peak and humerus head were observed to provide more effective treatment for this disease.Methods: Patients included in this study were divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment and rehabilitation training for stroke in neurology.On the basis of the above treatment,patients in the control group were given routine electroacupuncture treatment,and patients in the treatment group were given electroacupuncture acupuncture treatment twice a day,each time about 30 minutes,six times a week,rest for 1 day,a total of 4 weeks,and after treatment the upper limb Fugal-Meyer(FMA)motor function evaluation methodassessment of shoulder function recovery and compare the curative effect of two groups of patients,to measure the change of pain during treatment of two groups of patients before and after treatment and on X tablets after treatment,and the distance between the shoulder peak and the humeral head(AHI)and the visual analogization scale method.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in FMA scores between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05),but there was an increase in FMA scores after treatment compared with the two groups before treatment(P <0.01),and the increase in FMA scores between the two groups after treatment was more significant,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.There was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05),and there was a decrease in VAS scores between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01),while there was a significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant.3.There was no significant difference in AHI values between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the AHI values of the two groups were reduced(P < 0.01),and after treatment,the AHI values of the treatment group were significantly reduced(P < 0.01).4.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training and electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training are both effective in the treatment of subluxation of shoulder joint after stroke,but electroacupuncture combined with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is superior to electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in overall efficacy.2.Electroacupuncture and acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for the treatment of shoulder joint subluxation after stroke can alleviate the pain caused by shoulder joint subluxation after stroke,improve the motor function of the upper limbs of patients and improve their daily life ability.
