| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yuyin Pill and Qingre Zhixue Granule in treating intermenstrual bleeding of kidne y-yin deficienc y type,and to evaluate the safet y and effectiveness of Yu yin Pill and Qingre Zhixue Granule in treating intermenstrual bleeding,so as to appl y them in clinic.Methods:1.Clinical data: All patients were admitted to the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang Universit y of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to July 2018.Women aged between 16 and 45 years old were diagnosed as menstrual bleeding due to kidne y-yin deficienc y according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Among them,there were 4 exfoliated cases and 60 eventuall y admitted to the group.2.Drug-taking methods: Take 28-da y menstrual c ycle as an example,the patients begin to take Yu yin pills orally on the fifth da y of menstruation,one pill per time,three times a da y,until menstruation comes to a stop;add Qingre Zhixue granules on the eleventh da y of menstruation,one bag per time,three times a da y,and stop taki ng drugs after seven da ys.This is a menstrual c ycle.Continuous medication for 3 menstrual c ycles.According to the comprehensive effect,hemostasis,main and secondar y symptoms of patients before and after taking medicine,the therapeutic effect was evaluated.3.Statistical methods: SPSS19.0 statistical anal ysis software was used for data statisticalprocessing.Metrological data were described b y mean(±standard deviation).Measuring data were tested b y t-test and rank-sum test.The differences before and after treatment were compared.P < 0.05 has statistical significance.Results:1.Comprehensive curative effect: Of the 60 patients,9 were cured,2 2 were markedl y effective,25 were effective and 4 were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.33%.2.Hemostatic effect: Of the 60 patients,38 were cured,3 wer e markedl y effective,16 were effective and 3 were ineffective.The total effective rate was 95.00%.3.TCM s yndrome integral: The total score of TCM s yndrome before and after treatment was anal yzed b y t test(P < 0.01),and the main s ymptom integral before and after treatment was tested(P < 0.01).The results showed that the total score of TCM s yndrome and main s ymptom integral were significantl y decreased after treatment.4.During the treatmen t period,the number of t ypical BBT biphasic curve patients increased.The comparison of one and two courses of treatment was P > 0.05,and that of two and three courses was P > 0.05.There was no statistical significance.The comparison of one and three courses of treatment was P < 0.05,which showed that at least three courses of treatment could improve the at ypical state of BBT biphasic curve.Conclusions:1.Yu yin Pill combined with Qingre Zhixue Granule can effectivel y treat intermenstrual bleeding of kidne y-yin deficienc y t ype,can significantl y improve the accompanying s ymptoms,and from the third course of treatment,the effect is more significant.2.In the course of clinical observation,there were no adverse reactions when taking Yu yin pill combin ed with Qingre Zhixue Granule. |
