| Objective:To understand the status quo of hospital infection prevention and control knowledge among medical staff in tertiary-A hospitals in Qiqihar area,detect the needs of medical staff for prevention and control of hospital infection prevention,explore the training programs for hospital infection prevention and control of medical staff,and to further improve hospital infection training for hospital infection managers.The program provides a reference for improving the ability of prevention and control of infection and reducing hospital infection.Methods:1.Using the “Diagnostic Questionnaire for Hospitalized Infections of Medical Staff” and “Training Infection and Control Needs Questionnaire for Medical Staff”,390 medical staff from 6 tertiary-A hospitals in Qiqihar City were surveyed to understand the hospital infection prevention and control of medical staff,master the situation and the need for hospital infection prevention and control training,and conduct statistical analysis of the survey results.2.According to the survey results,we consulted the infection control experts to develop a hospital infection prevention and control training program under the Competency Based Education.3.Using a convenient sampling method to extract 40 medical staff from the A General Surgery Department of a tertiary-A hospital in Qiqihar City as the experimental group,and 42 medical personnel from the B Department of General Surgery of a tertiary-A hospital in Qiqihar City as the control group.The experimental group was trained according to the CBE training program,and the control group was routinely trained.Before and after the implementation of the program,the “hospital infection awareness questionnaire for medical staff” was used for investigation and comparison,and the hand hygiene compliance survey was conducted before and after the training of the experimental group and the control group.Results: 1.In the survey of hospital infections,31.28% of medical staff fully grasped all hospital infection knowledge,71.20% held a completely positive hospital infection attitude,and 56.6% were able to fully implement hand hygiene behavior.2.Among the influencing factors of hospital infection,there is no significant difference in the knowledge of hospital infection knowledge,gender,occupational dimension,and knowledge of infection knowledge,but there are significant differences in age,title,education and working years.In terms of hospital infection attitudes,there was no significant difference in the scores of hospital infections among health care workers in gender,occupation,and age.There were statistical differences in professional titles,academic qualifications,and working years.In terms of hospital infection behavior,the scores of infection behavior of medical staff in gender,occupation,age,professional title,education,and working years were significantly different.3.In terms of training needs for hospitality infections,there is more demand for technical and operational categories than for training categories and principles.In terms of training methods and assessment methods,most medical staff hope to use the WeChat platform test method for training and assessment.4.In terms of training effect intervention,by comparing the understanding of hospital infection prevention and control knowledge before and after intervention,we found that medical staff’s knowledge of hospital infections is significantly improved;in the hospital infection attitude,there was a significant increase in the scores of the hand hygiene,the application of antibiotics and cooperation of the departments;in the hand hygiene training interventions,the compliance of the health care medical staff hand hygiene was significantly improved.From the standardization effect index scores,the relevant knowledge,hospital infection attitude,hospital infection prevention and control behavior scores were 8.83,2.36 and 1.37,which were greater than the reference value of 1.17,suggesting that the training program was successful.Conclusion: 1.The ability of prevention and control of medical staff in Qiqihar area needs to be improved and the willingness of medical personnel to participate in hospital infection prevention and control training is strong.It is necessary to formulate corresponding intervention measures for their lack of ability.2.The training program for hospital infection prevention and control for medical staff in this study is feasible.3.Through the intervention of the hospital infection prevention and control training program for medical staff,the status of infection training for medical staff can be significantly improved,and the infection prevention and control ability of medical staff is finally improved. |
