Objective:To observe the effect of Malong Zhike Decoction on PEF variation rate and FeNO level in patients with CVA(Yin deficiency and lung dryness)and its clinical efficacy.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,60 outpatients and inpatients in respiratory department of the affiliated hospital of Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine were enrolled.The experimental group was treated with Malong Zhike Decoction,while the control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium Tablet(Shunling)for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy of CVA with dry pathogenic lung injury was evaluated from three aspects:VAS Visual Scale,Cough Symptom Integral and TCM Symptom Integral.FeNO and PEF values were measured before and after treatment in the experimental group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)respectively.(The morning and evening values of PEF were measured by KeKa PEF-3peak velocimeter,and the nyctohemeral and weekly variation rate of PEF in two weeks and the PEF value before and after treatment were calculated and compared),and compared the difference of PEF and FeNO values between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Comparison of VAS visual scale between experimental group and control group:The difference in VAS visual scale score before and after treatment in the experimental group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in VAS visual scale score before and after treatment in the control group was statistically significant.(P<0.05).The difference of PEF value before and after treatment in the experimental group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of VAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of two groups of Chinese medicine curative effect integral:There were significant differences in cough,dry mouth,itching of pharynx and tightness before and after treatment in the experimental group(P<0.05).In the control group,there was a significant difference in cough,dry mouth,itching of pharynx and gas tighten scores before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was significant differencein cough,dry mouth and pharynx itching symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Comparison of two groups of cough symptom scores:There were significant differences in cough symptom score(day score,night score,total score)before and after treatment in the experimental group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in cough symptom score(day score,night score and total score)between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cough symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Significant difference in the efficacy index of cough symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment((P<0.05).There was significant difference in FeNO between the experimental group before and after treatment(P<0.05),and there was significant difference in FeNO between the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FeNO between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference in PEF values before and after treatment in the experimental group(P<0.05),and the difference of PEF values before and after treatment in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the difference value of PEF between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was significant difference in nyctohemeral variation rate of PEF between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in weekly variation rate of PEF between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Malong Zhike Decoction can effectively improve the cough symptoms of CVA(Yin deficiency and lung dryness)and the accompanying symptoms of dry mouth,itchy pharynx and tightness.It can effectively improve the PEF value and reduce the level of FeNO in patients. |
