Objectives: As a common prescription for the treatment of tumors,ShengyangYiwei Decoction has been found to be effective in the treatment of tumor patients with cough as the main symptom.Through retrospective research methods, tumor patients with cough as the main symptom were treated with ShengyangYiwei Decoction. The evaluation of clinical efficacy and the distribution of TCM syndromes before and after treatment provide an empirical basis for the treatment of tumor patients with cough as the main symptom in order to better exert the advantages of TCM intervention in cancer. Methods: Case data of tumor patients with cough as the main symptom who were treated with ShengyangYiwei Decoction in the Department of Oncology,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the Jinjiang Outpatient Clinic, and the cough symptom scores and vision Simulated scores(VAs);establish a database, statistics of patients’ general conditions, cough symptoms scores before and after treatment, visual analogue scale, symptoms, tongue coating pulse, refer to " syndrome differentiation" to obtain high-frequency disease syndrome, refer to "Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Points" The scale was scored before and after treatment of high-frequency symptoms before treatment, and the results were analyzed by SPSS 24.0.Results:1.The difference of daytime cough symptom scores before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was significant difference in the scores of nocturnal cough symptoms before and after treatment(P<0.01).The difference of VAs before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.The highest frequency of disease syndrome before treatment was wet(103),cold(101),cold and wet(89),damp heat(4),heat(4),dry(3);the highest frequency after treatment was wet(110),cold(78),cold and dampness(70),damp heat(11),heat(5),dryness(3),in which the difference between the frequency of disease syndrome and the frequency of diseased syndromes was statistically significant(P<0.05),the restwere not statistically significant;the overall difference in the highest frequency of disease before and after treatment was statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The highest frequency of the disease before treatment was wet(103),cold(101),cold(89),dampness(4),heat(4),dry(3);the highest frequency after treatment and before treatment The difference between the frequency of cold and damp heat was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the rest were not statistically significant. The overall difference of the highest frequency of the disease before and after treatment was statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The highest frequency of tongue images before treatment was followed by tongue edema(96),white fur(82),and thick moss(70).The highest frequency after treatment was the same as before treatment. The frequency of each tongue is not obvious before and after treatment. The highest frequency of pulse before treatment was pulse slow(73),pulse slip(52),and moisten(51).The highest frequency after treatment was the same as before treatment, and the frequency of each pulse was not obvious before and after treatment.Conclusions:1.The clinical efficacy of ShengyangYiwei Decoction in the treatment of tumor patients with cough as the main symptom is further confirmed, and the basic pathogenesis of patients with cough-positive tumors is the lack of gas and lung loss.2.After the treatment of patients with cough as the main disease by Shengyang Yiwei Decoction, the distribution of TCM syndromes changed, the disease syndrome decreased, the disease syndrome damp heat increased, and the Shengyi Yiwei Decoction compensated the coke. The spread of cold and dampness is closely related.
