The Study Of Clinical Efficacy In The Treatment Of The Multiple Tic Disorder In Children(the Spleen And Stomach Accumulated Heat Type)with Additional And Subtracted Xlehuang Powder

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of the additional and subtracted Xiehuang Powder in the treatment of children with Multiple Tic disorder(the spleen and stomach heat accumulation type),and further explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating children with Multiple Tic disorder,and provide a new method for clinical treatment of Multiple Tic disorder.Methods: In the study,120 cases were included that children with Multiple Tic disorder(the spleen and stomach heat accumulation type),and divided into the treatment group and the control group,each of which was 60 cases.The treatment group was given the additional and subtracted Xiehuang Powder,the control group was treated with tiapride orally.The clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome effects of the two groups were observed.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks and 3 courses were observed for 12 weeks.The Yale Ticks Overall Severity Scale(YGTSS)and TCM Syndrome Scores were scored at 4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks,respectively,and safety indicators were examined before and after treatment.Finally,the clinical observation records were compiled,and SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used for data analysis to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the additional and subtracted Xiehuang Powder.Results:(1)YGTSS scores showed that the treatment group had 13 cases of clinical control,37 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 98.33%.In the control grou p,16 cases were clinically controlled,31 cases were markedly effective,and 12 cases were effective.In 1 case,the total effective rate was 98.33%.The total effective rate of the two groups was equal,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)TCM syndrome scores showed that the treatment group had 11 cases of clinical control,45 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,and 0 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 100%;0 cases of clinical control in the control grou p,0 cases markedly effective,8 cases effective,52 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 13.33%.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(3)During the treatment period,no significant abnormalities were found in the laboratory test results,and 2 cases of drowsiness occurred in the control group.Conclusion:(1)The additional and subtracted Xiehuang Powder can effectively treat children with Multiple Tic disorder,which are better to improve tic symptoms.(2)The additional and subtracted Xiehuang Powder can effectively improve TCM syndromes of the spleen and stomach heat accumulation type in children with Multiple Tic disorder;(3)By testing the safety indicators of the safety indicators before and after treatment,it is initially concluded that the safety of the additional and subtracted xiehuang Powder is good.
