| Objective: to retrospectively study the clinicopathological data of patients with gallbladder cancer and analyze the clinicopathological characteristics of gallbladder cancer,so as to explore the influencing factors related to the prognosis of patients after radical cholecystectomy. Methods: From June 2014 to October 2018,clinicopathological data and follow-up results of 107 patients with gallbladder cancer confirmed by pathology were collected in the fourth hospital of Hebei medical university.Retrospective study was conducted to analyze the factors that may affect the prognosis of patients after radical cholecystectomy. Results: In this paper,107 patients with gallbladder cancer were statistically analyzed, including 50 males and 57 females, with a male to female ratio of 1:1.14.The minimum age was 41 years old,the maximum age was 87 years old,the average age was 62.7 years old,and the median age was 62 years old.Until the end of the follow-up,45 patients still survived.By consulting the cases,65 cases reached the standard of radical treatment according to the indicators of postoperative pathological margin and staging.Among them, there were 28 males and 37 females, and the proportion of male and female was 1:1.32.The youngest patients were 41 years old,the oldest was 86 years old,and 39 patients in the radical treatment group were still alive at the end of follow-up,with 1-year survival rate of 67.1%,2-year survival rate of 61.5%,3-year survival rate of 53.9%,and 4-year survival rate of 53.9%.Radical surgical resection can improve survival. The results of single factor analysis showed that serum albumin,CA19-9,CEA level,TNM stage,T stage and tissue grade were significantly correlated with the prognosis of patients with gallbladder cancer(P<0.05).Further multivariate analysis showed that CA19-9(Exp(B)95% confidence interval(1.209-5.882),P=0.015),serum albumin(Exp(B)95% confidence interval(1.596-9.338),P=0.003),TNM stage(Exp(B)95% confidence interval(0.048-0.617),P=0.007)were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients after radical cholecystectomy.Conclusion:(1)Radical resection can improve the prognosis of patients with gallbladder cancer.(2)We should improve the understanding of gallbladder cancer, for early diagnosis, early treatment.(3)Serum ca19-9,serum albumin level and TNM stage are independent risk factors for prognosis after radical cholecystectomy. |
