Objective:To observe the clinical effect of different frequency of methylprednisolone injection on sudden deafness.Methods:113 cases of sudden deafness were selected.40 mg methylprednisolone was injected every other day, every two days and every three days, which was named group A,group B and group C,respectively. All groups were injected four times in total, and each group was routinely given comprehensive treatment such as improving microcirculation and nourishing nerve drugs. The pure tone threshold was reexamined after one course of treatment. The clinical efficacy of different frequency of injection of methylprednisolone for sudden deafness was compared. Results:The effective rates of the three groups were 37.2%,36.8% and 46.9%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the effectiveness of the three methods in treating sudden deafness(p>0.05).There were no significant difference in the effective rate of sudden deafness with different threshold curve types(p>0.05).Conclusion:All groups can improve the hearing and average auditory threshold of sudden deafness patients, but there were no significant difference in the effective rate of sudden deafness in three groups. There were no significant difference in the effective rate of different hearing curves between the three groups. This conclusion can provide reference for clinical treatment. |
