Clinical Efficacy About The Acupuncture Treatment With Combined Therapy Of Sudden Deafness

Objective:Controlled observation of acupuncture (temporal three needles, three-pin ears, spirit-stablize combination) match with combination therapy and the simple combination therapy clinical efficacy of the treatment of sudden deafness, to provide the acupuncture (temporal three needles, three-pin ears, spirit-stablize combination) combined with comprehensive therapy based on evidence-based medicine of sudden deafness, to explore more effective treatment of sudden deafness.Methods:According the principle of random assignment, the 56 cases of sudden deafness patients witch met the inclusion criteria of clinical was divided into treatment and control groups. Controlled group taking combination therapy, that intravenous injecting Shuxuetong and astragalus injection, with auricular pressure, point application, and foot baths. The treatment group increased acupuncture(temporal three needles, three-pin ears, spirit-stablize combination) on the basis of comprehensive treatment. Both groups were treated four courses, six days of treatment, rest one day, a total of seven days each course. After completion of the treatment groups were observed changes in the value of audiometry. Then statistical analysis in the finally.Results:(1) The treatment group cured 10 cases,8 cases were markedly effective in 7 cases, total effective rate was 89.29%. Recovered six cases in the control group,5 cases markedly effective in 6 cases,11 cases, total effective rate was 60.71%. After statistical analysis, the total efficiency of treatment, and cure rate comparison was statistically significant (p<0.05). (2) Factors related to the analysis of the effect of the disease:disease duration and efficacy of the acupuncture groups were correlated (p<0.05); the degree of deafness in two groups of patients, whether or not accompanied by tinnitus and dizziness with no apparent correlation between the efficacy, no statistically significant (p> 0.05).Conelusions:(1)Combination therapy with acupuncture treatment of sudden deafness can improve the treatment of sudden deafness cure rate and total efficiency. (2) Duration of sudden deafness has some relevance with the therapy.It’s an important factor affecting the efficacy of the treatment of this disease, so we recommend that the earlier of the treatment, the better of the efficacy. (3)There is not very clear that wether patients with tinnitus or vertigo symptoms at onset and the degree of hearing loss in patients with the efficacy of this disease have some relevance, if the conclusion is not very clear, pending further study.
