Research On Cost Management Of S Hospital

The health care industry is a relatively special non-profit industry.With the constantly advance of the reformation of medical and health,especially the drug’s zero-profit policy,great changes have taken place in the management of the hospitals.Competitions between hospitals,especially in the same city,have become more and more serious.The public hospitals are faced with a dilemma:the increasing choices of medical workers internally,the decreasing government funding,and the extrusion of foreign-funded hospitals externally.Under the background of the drug’s zero-profit policy,one of the most effective way of public hospitals is to control the cost.In order to survive and develop,they have to shock the road of reform.In studying the cost management of S hospital,this paper firstly explains the necessity of cost management of S hospital,including the contradiction escalation of income and cost,the pressure of market competition and the large cost base.Then the thesis analyzes the cost management problems of S hospital,such as financial Pre-accounting management,the cost of drugs,health materials and so on.Finally,through the the same type hospital and the specific situation of S hospital,the thesis puts forward the solution strategies to solve the cost management problems in S hospital,including integrating the same type of consumable products,controlling the stock of drugs,and expanding the intelligence software.Through a series of strategy research,the author hopes to provide some reference for the cost management reform of S hospital.
