Objective:To investigate the efficacy of cervix microwave combined with interferon in patients with cervical ectopic columnar epithelium associated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods:A total of 140 patients with cervical ectopic columnar epithelium associated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection admitted between May 2016 and May 2017 were selected and divided as control group(n=70)and observation group(n=70).The control group was treated with microwave,and the observation group was treated with interferon on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for one month and patients were followed up for 12 months after treatment.Interferon-y(IFN-y),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),and leukocyte were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before and after treatment in both groups Interleukin-10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a)levels;CD4+,CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+levels were measured by flow cytometry before and after treatment in both groups;The recurrence rates at 3 months,6 months,9 months and 12 months after treatment in the two groups were reccorded to compare the clinical efficacy.Results:The levels of IFN-y,IL-6 and TNF-ain the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1 month after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of IL-2 and IL-10 in the observation group were higher than those in 1 month after treatment.It was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The level of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group and the control group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The level of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group at 1 month after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of the cervical,microwave,and interferon treatment in the observation group at 3 months,6 months,9 months and 12 months were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervical microwave combined with interferon for the treatment of cervical ectopic columnar epithelium and human papillomavirus(HPV)infection can reduce inflammatory factor levels and disease recurrence rate and increase T lymphocyte levels.
