Objective By detecting the correlation between FBXO39 and AZGP1/PTEN/AKT signaling pathways in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent marginal non-cancerous tissues, the correlation between expression levels and clinicopathological factors was analyzed. To explore the expression level of FBXO39 in gastric cancer and its possible mechanism of development and progression of gastric cancer, and provide new options for the prevention and diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods Randomly selected 45 patients with primary gastric cancer and adjacent marginal non-cancerous tissues, which were resected by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University, including 19 males and 26 females, aged between 44 and 79 years old.compared with expression levels of FBXO39,AZGP1,PTEN and AKT in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent margin non-cancerous tissues were detected by S-P threestep immunohistochemical staining, and analyze the association of FBXO39,AZGP1,PTEN and AKT expression levels with gastric cance patients in different clinicopathological features(sex, age, tumor type, tumor size, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, presence or absence of lymph node metastasis, presence or absence of distant metastasis,TNM staging).Results(1)FBXO39,AZGP1,PTEN and AKT were expressed in different degrees in human gastric cancer tissues and adjacent non-cancerous tissues.(2)The expression rates of FBXO39 low expression group in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent margin non-cancerous tissues were 62.2%(28/45)and 20%(9/45),respectively,and the results were statistically significant(p<0.01).The expression of FBXO39 in gastric cancer was related to the degree of differentiation of patients(c2=5.148,p=0.023),and the difference was statistically significant.(3)The expression rates of AZGP1 low expression group in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent margin non-cancerous tissues were 51.1%(23/45)and 28.9%(13/45),respectively,and the results were statistically significant(p<0.05).The expression of AZGP1 was associated with lymph node metastasis(c2=5.148,p=0.023)and TNM stage(c2=8.049,p=0.005).The difference was statistically significant.(4)The expression rates of AKT low expression group in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent margin non-cancerous tissues were 53.3%(24/45)and22.2%(10/45),respectively.The expression of PTEN low expression group in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent margin non-cancer tissues,The rates were82.2%(37/45)and 35.6%(16/45),respectively,and the results were statistically significant(p<0.01).There is no correlation between the expression of AKT and PTEN and the gender, age, tumor type, tumor size, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, presence or absence of distant metastasis, and TNM staging clinical pathological data(p>0.05).(5)There is no significant correlation between FBX039 protein expression and AZGP1,PTEN and AKT protein expression in human gastric cancer(p>0.05).Conclusions(1)FBXO39 protein have different degrees of expression in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent marginal non-cancerous tissues, and the expression level is related to the degree of tissue differentiation, which may induce differentiation of gastric cancer tissues;(2)AZGP1 may be a candidate tumor suppressor for gastric cancer, and participate in lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer and progression of gastric cancer;(3)FBXO39 protein is not involved in AZGP1/PTEN/AKT signaling pathway molecular proteins in gastric cancer. |
