Analysis Of Drug Use Rules Of TCM For Cerebral Edema After Cerebral Hemorrhage Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveThrough data mining,the clinical literature on TCM treatment of cerebral edema after intracerebral hemorrhage was analyzed statistically,and the regularity and universality of drug use were obtained,and potential information was further excavated to provide reference for clinical practice.MethodsBy searching the database of medical journals(CNKI,CBM,VIP,Wanfang Data)by computer,the clinical research literatures on the treatment of cerebral edema after TCM intracerebral hemorrhage were screened out,and the related software(V2.5 edition of TCM inheritance assistant system)was used to analyze the prescription.Including drug frequency statistics,prescription analysis,new analysis,analysis of TCM treatment of cerebral edema after cerebral hemorrhage and potential information.Results1.Frequency statistics of 120 prescriptions were carried out,involving 140 flavors of medicines,using a total frequency of 1068,using a total of 50 medicines with a frequency of more than 6,the total frequency of 883,accounting for 83%of the total frequency of drug use.The top fifteen medicines were Rhubarb,Notoginseng,Hirudo,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Chuanxiong,Achyranthes bidentata,Radix Paeoniae,Poriae,Alismatis,Di long,Taoren,Motherwort,Safflower,Dannanxing.2.To classify and count the efficacy of high frequency drugs(Frequency of use ≥6),there are 13 categories:blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs,heat-clearing drugs,Liver-Calming and wind-quenching drugs,deficiency-tonifying drugs,phlegm-resolving and cough-relieving and Asthma-relieving drugs,diuresis and dampness-permeating drugs,purgative drugs,Qi-Regulating drugs,hemostatic drugs,resuscitating drugs,antirheumatic drugs and antipsychotic drugs.Among them,the drugs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis are the most frequently used,accounting for 29%of the high-frequency drugs,followed by the drugs for calming liver and extinguishing wind,clearing heat,purgative,tonifying deficiency,resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,diuresis and dampness,hemostatic,qi-regulating,resuscitating,antirheumatic,antipsychotic.3.According to the statistics of 140 kinds of medicines,the most commonly used medicines are cold,warm and placid.The bitter,sweet and spicy flavors are the most commonly used medicinal flavors.In meridian tropism,liver,heart,spleen,lung and kidney are the main types.4.When the support was 20%,three pairs of common medicines and four flavors of core medicines(rhubarb,notoginseng,leech,Salvia miltiorrhiza)were obtained.When the support was 15%,9 pairs of drugs and 2 combinations of 3 drugs were obtained,and the core drugs increased to 8 flavors(rhubarb,notoginseng,leech,Salvia miltiorrhiza,dannanxing,Acorus tatarinowii,Chuanxiong and leonurus).When the support degree was 10%,51 pairs of common medicines were obtained,11 combinations of common three medicines were obtained,and 22 core medicines(rhubarb,notoginseng,leech,Salvia miltiorrhiza,dannanxing,Acorus tatarinowii,chuanxiong,leonurus,Achyranthes Bidens bidentata,alisma,peach kernel,Poria cocos,Paeonia rubra,zea,safflower,gastrodia,shengdi,earthworm,tulip,Scutellaria baicalamus and Fructus aurantium).5.Relevance is 8,punishment is 4,20 core drug combinations are derived,and 10 new drugs are further excavated.Prescription 1:Zhuru,Chrysanthemum,Mulberry Leaf,Polygonum multiflorum,Onion.Prescription 2:Paeonia lactiflora,Uncaria,Chrysanthemum,Scutellaria baicalensis,Cassia chinensis,Gardenia jasminoides.Prescription 3:Gouteng,Scutellaria baicalensis,mother of pearl,dandelion.Prescription 4:Gouteng,Rehmannia glutinosa,Cassia obtusifolia,Buffalo horn,Peony bark.Prescription 5:Zelan,Leonurus heterophyllus,Poria cocos,Alisma orientalis,Atractylodes macrocephala,Cinnamomum cassia.Prescription 6:Scutellaria baicalensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Gardenia jasminoides,Angelica sinensis,peach kernel and safflower.Prescription 7:Astragalus membranaceus,Rhubarb,Notoginseng,Licorice.Prescription 8:Astragalus membranaceus,Acorus tatarinowii,Lycium barbarum,Dannanxing,Tulip.Prescription 9:Hirudo,Peach kernel,Tadpole,Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Safflower.Prescription 10:Cassia obtusifolia,Gardenia jasminoides,Eucommia ulmoides,Scutellaria baicalensis and Prunella vulgaris.Conc!usion1.Rhubarb is the most frequently used drug in the treatment of brain edema after cerebral hemorrhage.The commonly used drugs in the treatment of brain edema after cerebral hemorrhage are rhubarb,notoginseng,leech,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Achyranthes bidentata,Radix Paeoniae rubra,calamus,Poria cocos,alisma,earthworm,peach kernel,leonurus,safflower and dannanxing.2.Drugs used to treat brain edema after cerebral hemorrhage are chilly,bitter,bitter and sweet.In meridian tropism,liver meridian is the main channel.3.The main drugs used for brain edema after cerebral hemorrhage are blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs,followed by Liver-Calming and wind-quenching drugs,heat-clearing drugs and purgative drugs.Blood-activating drugs are often compatible with purgative drugs,heat-clearing drugs and Liver-Calming and wind-quenching drugs.4.According to the analysis of prescription regularity,there are 22 core drugs in the combination of commonly used drugs,including rhubarb,notoginseng,leech,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Dannanxing,Acorus tatarinowii,Chuanxiong,Leonurus heterophyllus,Achyranthes bidentata,Alisma,Taoren,Poria cocos,Paeonia rubra,Zelan,Safflower,Gastrodia elata,Hangdi,Tulip,Scutellaria baicalensis and Fructus Aurantii.5.The most commonly used medicine pairs:rhubarb-notoginseng,rhubarb-leech,rhubarb-salvia miltiorrhiza,notoginseng-leech,notoginseng-salvia miltiorrhiza.The most commonly used combination of three medicines:rhubarb-notoginseng-leech.6.Finally,10 new medicines were obtained,including calming the liver and quenching the wind,clearing the viscera and relieving fever,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,diuresis and dampness,and Tonifying Qi and blood.More clinical evidence is needed for further verification.
