Objective Explore the different surgical methods on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage cerebral edema. So to establish the objective indicator in clinical evaluation on effects of early treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and provide the theoretical basis for surgical treatment in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage , also guide reasonable surgical treatment on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in clinical. Methods 60 Clinical cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected and randomly divided into two groups, then the clinical cases respectively treatmented with micro-surgery and conventional craniotomy, after 72 hours, calculated the volume of brain edema , cerebral edema duration and residual blood volume. Results After 72 hours , Micro-surgery patients edema volume was 11.27±3.65 (ml) and their edema duration was 5.1429±2.525 (days), Conventional craniotomy patients edema volume was 20.41±7.69 (ml) and their edema duration was 9.1429±3.143 (days).after 48 hours, the intracranial residual blood volume of Micro-surgery patients was 6.1±2.23 (ml). and that of Conventional craniotomy patients was 10.80±2.66 (ml). there were significant different in Micro-surgery patients and Conventional craniotomy patients of edema volume , duration of edema and intracranial blood volume (P<0.05).Conclusions Micro-surgery is the better way in treatmentting on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, postoperative cerebral edema and duration of cerebral edema were better indicators on evaluating effecting of early-postoperative hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
