Study On Medical Poverty Alleviation In Minority Villages Of Jinping County

Since the targeted poverty alleviation work was promoted,a large number of poor people in China have been lifted out of poverty.However,in the reality of poverty alleviation,the problem of "poverty caused by illness" has been troubling the whole society.In recent years,with the increasing frequency of diseases,the anti-poverty pressure from the state,society and families is increasing.The minority areas are constrained by the level of economic development.The ability of the farmers who set up the card to resist disease risks is even weaker.The problem of"difficult to see a doctor" has not been effectively solved.The new rural cooperative medical care system is a rural medical security system based on the integration of major diseases.The system has greatly reduced the burden of medical expenses of rural residents,especially poor households,in the process of medical treatment.However,due to the influence of various reasons in the implementation of the system,there are problems such as limited guarantee scope,cumbersome reimbursement process and so on,and the welfare of farmers enjoying the new rural cooperative medical care policy is limited.In order to protect the real medical needs of poor farmers,the grassroots governments and medical institutions at all levels need to further improve the rural medical security system.On the other hand,the construction of the comprehensive poverty alleviation system at the grassroots level should be strengthened,and the allocation of poverty alleviation resources should be optimized to improve the efficiency of rural medical poverty alleviation.Ethnic minority villages have distinct particularities.On the one hand,compared with ordinary villages,they have a very deep poverty level due to historical and practical reasons.On the other hand,their existence forms are relatively common,concentrated along the southwest border,and gradually dispersed to the inland.Jinping county is located in the southwestern corner of honghe prefecture,Yunnan province,at the border with Vietnam.In this paper,the P in malipo county,village as the research point,mainly from the village medical hardware conditions,medical personnel,basic medical insurance and the allocation of resources for poverty alleviation and so on board to illustrate the present predicament the minority village medical poverty relief,and from the aspects of social economy,culture,customs and reality,the author analyzes the reasons of the village medical poverty relief work face difficulties,and in-depth analysis of these reasons,through the "suit the remedy to the case",put forward the corresponding suggestion,in order to promote the village medical poverty relief work in the direction of the benign development,at the same time,it also provides a certain reference for solving the problem of poverty caused by diseases in ethnic minority villages with similar villages.
