Research On The Academic Thought Of Spleen And Stomach Of Yu Chang

The theory of spleen and stomach,as an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,has experienced a long historical process in its formation,development and maturity.Yu Chang,a famous doctor of Xu Jiang,inherits the former academic thoughts and plays an important role in the theory and clinic of spleen and stomach.This thesis mainly in late Ming dynasty famous doctor Yu Chang metaphors “Jia Yan’s three medical books”as the specific research object,the reference related literature material consult,at the same time,widely collect relevant Yu Shi taste the research achievements of academic thoughts and clinical syndrome treated,through literature review and theoretical analysis,systematically summarized and expounded the spleen and stomach Yu Chang academic ideas,to explore the effect of the spleen and stomach academic thought and value,enrich and expand Xu Jiang medical academic research,enrich the content of and sublimation of traditional Chinese medicine taste doctrine,for clinical spleen and stomach disease treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine to provide guidance and reference.This paper is divided into the following four parts,(1)The development of spleen and stomach academic thought,(2)Introduction to doctors and their works,(3)Yu Chang’s academic thought on spleen and stomach,(4)Clinical research.Through the collation and research of relevant literature materials,the author believes that Yu Chang has a rigorous attitude to study and knows well the classic works such as,Yellow Emperor’s Canon of TCM,Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease,The theory of spleen and stomach,And other medical books.Combined with what he has learned in his whole life,this paper expounds the spleen and stomach diseases and puts forward many new ideas,which are beneficial to clinical practice.Through the study of his academic thoughts on spleen and stomach,the author thinks:(1)The physiological view of spleen and stomach of Yu Shi is mainly as follows: the body uses Yin and Yang,the natrification phase,the rise and fall,the dryness and dampness,(2)Yu Shi attaches importance to the pathogenesis of spleen and stomach in clinical treatment,mainly in the aspects of Qi disorder,Qi and blood deficiency,body fluid disorder,(3)The treatment of Yu Shi clinical syndrome pays attention to the benefit of stomach and protection of stomach,and emphasizes the treatment of patients with residual heat,should fill stomach and stomach,and clear deficiency heat;Cure Yang Ming fever patients,when the stomach,diarrhea hot knot;To cure Shao Yang fever patients,it is advisable to save stomach,solve its heat and so on.He attached importance to the academic thought of stomach fluid,which provided reference for the establishment of the theory of stomach Yin of Ye Gui,(4)Yu Shi imitates Zhong Jing in clinical drug use,paying special attention to the role of spleen and stomach Qi in human body,(5)Yu’s clinical experience is quite rich,and more creative,especially from the spleen and stomach treatment of miscellaneous internal injury is distinctive.It is suggested that malaria control and reconciliation should be the main treatment methods for malaria.However,considering that such drugs are often bitter cold,consuming Qi,damaging Yin,and destroying spleen and stomach,Add a lot of sweet-tasting body fluid and the product that take care of spleen and stomach.Yu Shi pointed out that "the disease of phlegm drinking,all from the stomach",for the lack of Yang caused by the phlegm drinking syndrome,emphasizing the spleen warming Yang Qi to treat phlegm,in the face of the sac of phlegm,when the spleen and stomach to remove the stomach of phlegm,if the drink due to wet,spleen to eliminate phlegm clearing damp;Yu Shi put forward that collateral disease "originates from Qi deficiency,starts from the stomach and ends in the lungs and kidneys",so the treatment should focus on the spleen and stomach,paying attention to invigorating Qi and spleen,benefiting the stomach and producing fluid,nourishing Yin and restoring fluid,and Take both heat and warmth into consideration.Yu Shi emphasized the importance of spleen and stomach in human body,and the academic thought of strengthening spleen and stomach,which is good at regulating spleen and stomach in clinical practice,not only enriched the content of spleen and stomach theory in traditional Chinese medicine,but also provided valuable ideas for the academic innovation of later generations of doctors,with strong practical significance and important value influence.
