Rearch On Perfecting The Olderly Service Of "Combination Of Medical Care And Maintenance" From The Perspective Of Social Intergration Theory

With the development of economy and technology and the improvement of population quality,all over the world have or will face the social problem of aging of population.Compared with the countries that have already entered the aging society,the aged trend of population in china is characterized by "not getting rich before getting old".The increase in the number of the elderly,the empty nest and the disabled,the chronic and long-term prevalence of the elderly,have contributed to the increasing demand for medical care for the elderly in the process of providing for the elderly.It is difficult for the old-age institutions or medical institutions with single function to fully meet the dual needs of old-age service and medical service,and the contradiction between supply and demand of health care is becoming more and more prominent.Since the birth of the concept of "combination of medical care and maintenance",it has been recognized by various theoretical scholars.In the process of theoretical research on "combination of medicine and care",the theories of economics,welfare,management and other disciplines have been used as theoretical tools for reference by scholars.But sociological theory is seldom mentioned and used it.Britain is considered as a benchmark for the practice of "combination of Health Care and Conservation",its "integrated care" system is based on the theory of social integration.The theory of social integration is mainly used in the studying of theoretical of social change,from the macro sense,the aging of society is a social change involving all mankind,the combination of medical care and nourishment is a means to deal with this great social change.Therefore,the author tries to use the theory of social integration as a research tool,based on the analysis of field survey data in Changsha City,Hunan Province,the characteristics and limitations of "combination of medical care and maintenance" in China are analyzed in details: The limitations of the muti-head management system,the uneven distribution of interests,the lack of willingness to participate in the main body,the lack of evaluation and monitoring mechanisms,and so on.It makes the combination of medical care and maintenance far from the ideal state,and there is still a huge contradiction between supply and demand between the effective demand and the actual supply of the "combination of medical care and maintenance" among the elderly people.Based on the investigation and analysis of the above problems,thethe concept,mechanism,function and resources of "combination of medical care and nursing care" are effectively integrated in a diversified,multi-level and standardized way.At the same time,it takes the "intelligent old-age care" brought by the new technology revolution as the material basis to optimize the utilization of social old-age care and medical resources,and puts forward new countermeasures and Suggestions for the improvement of "combination of medical care and old-age care" to "service integration,service standardization,service functionalization and service differentiation".
