The Clinical Safety Of Treating Patients With Po Ge Jiu Xin Decoction With Vacuum Bag Packing

Objective:This study aimed to investigate the safety of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction for aconitine which Break conventional pharmacopoeia dosage(>3-15gram)。Selected Po Ge Jiu Xin Decoction as the key research object,patients who used Chinese medicine vacuum bag were included in this clinical observation,will be fully observed and evaluated the safety in Traditonal Chinese Medicine Clinical Practice Base of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital。Through this study,it provides scientific basis for the safety of Chinese medicine of "Po Ge Jiu Xin Decoction"vacuum bag.The data and conclusion can be used for future similar aconite safety research.Methods:The 96 clinical cases of raditonal Chinese Medicine Clinical Practice Base of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from January 1st 2016 to June 30th 2017 were retrospectively analyed.The general information,diseases,medication schemes for basic diseases,general conditions,individual physical differences and admission inspection indexes were collected;the occurrence time and manifestation of specific drug-taking reactions,involving related systems,and whether to take measures or not,prognosis of the disease after taking medicine and review of relevant test indicators.Subsequently,follow-up of 3 months,6 months,9 months and 1 year survival period was completed.Using appropriate statistical methods,to explore the correlation or influence between the above indicators and patients’ response to disease rejection and the rule of treatment of "Po Ge Jiuxin Decoction".Results:In this paper,96 cases of "Po Ge Jiuxin Decoction" packaged in vacuum bags were studied retrospectively.The results showed that:1.In critically ill,respiratory or circulatory failure diseases,vacuum bags can be urgently packed with "Po Ge Jiuxin Decoction" to make the medicine fast and effective,if the complaint is shortness of breath,cough and chest tightness after activity,fat,tender,thin,pale,reddish tongue,fine,chord,sink,slippery and weak pulse,and when the pathogenesis of the disease or the Yin end of extinction of Yang is beginning,or the Yin pattern of extinction of extinction of Yang has been completed or dying state.in place.2.Clinical observation showed that no serious adverse reactions were found in all cases before and after treatment,and no evidence of systemic toxicity such as blood,liver,kidney,heart,digestion and urine was found in clinic.It was safe to use in clinic.
