Soft Liver Out Wind Prescription To Treat Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome Clinical Observation

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Rougan Xifeng Decoction in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods55patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group (modification of Rougan Xifeng Decoction) and control group (malay Trimebutine Capsule), thus to clinical observation.Two groups were in4weeks for a period of treatment, respectively on before treatment, after treatment, clinical symptoms were recorded, based on the data of statistical analysis.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was93.3%, while control group total effective rate was76%, two groups of total curative effect was significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. Two groups of clinical symptoms were significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05),Comparison shows that the treatment group after treatment between groups was better than control group (P<0.01). In TCM syndrome score curative effect. Surface,two groups of TCM syndrome total score than before had obviously improved (P<0.01), and the treatment group compared with the control group significantly(P<0.01). Prompt Chinese medicine curative effect was better than that of control group in improving clinical symptoms.Conclusion two groups of patients after treatment, clinical symptoms, and curative effect of TCM syndrome score were significantly improved, including traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Therefore, The clinical curative effect of Rougan Xifeng Decoction in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome is better.
