Observation On The Curative Effect Of Clearing Away Heat And Removing Dampness And Dehumidification In The Treatment Of Acne Due To Gastrointestinal Dampness And Heat And Its Effect On The Quality Of Life Of Patients

Objective To observe the clinical effect of clearing away heat and removing dampness on female patients with acne of damp-heat type of gastrointestinal tract.And its impact on the quality of life of patients.This provides a theoretical basis for clinical comprehensive treatment.Methods 60 patients with the diagnosis,patients and women dialectical standard gastrointestinal exclusion criteria of damp heat syndrome of acne were randomly divided into treatment group(Yinchenhao Decoction orally combined with fusidic),and control group(oral doxycycline combined with fusidic),30 cases in each group,after 8 weeks of continuous treatment,compared 2 groups of clinical according to the relevant records with efficacy before and after treatment,Comparison of GAGS score,acne severity classification and TCM syndrome score evaluation of clinical efficacy,and usage of patients before and after treatment quality of life evaluation table Cardiff the quality of life of acne.Results Before treatment,the treatment group and the control group of female patients in age,disease duration,GAGS score,severity grading,TCM syndrome score and CADI score index through statistical tests,no statistically significant difference(P>O.05),comparable.After treatment,two groups of female patients with gastrointestinal damp heat type acne GAGS score,acne severity grading,TCM syndrome score improved in varying degrees.Comparison of the efficacy of skin lesions group.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),effect of lesions in two groups efficiency were 76.67% and46.67%.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),effect of lesions in two groups efficiency were 83.34% and 16.67%.After treatment,two groups of patients with CADI score were decreased,the second group of life to improve the quality level,the treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Yinchenhao Decoction treatment for female gastrointestinal damp heat type acne,the treatment effect was better than the control group;Yinchenhao Decoction significantly to improve the life of female patients with gastrointestinal damp heat quality,treatment effect was better than the control group;...
