Objective:In this study,a randomized controlled trial of Fu Fang Ku Shen injection combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of postoperative breast cancer was collected from the database building period to August 2018.The efficacy and safety of Fu Fang Ku Shen injection combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone in the treatment of postoperative breast cancer were compared by Meta analysis.Method:In this study,Meta analysis was used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fu Fang Ku Shen combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of postoperative breast cancer.According to the set retrieval method,Chinese and English databases, such as CNKI,Wan fang database,PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science and so on were searched comprehensively.,After the inclusion and exclusion criteria were strictly determined, evaluate the quality of the literature by the Cochrane risk assessment tool and perform the statistical analysis was performed with RevManv5.3 statistical software,at the same conducted analytical sensitivity as well as analysis of the published bias.Result:In this study,18 randomized controlled studies were included in a total of 1419 cases, and the results of meta-analysis were used to analyze the efficacy and safety of Fu Fang Ku Shen injection combined with chemotherapy on breast cancer patients in the postoperative chemotherapy period: the combined chemotherapy group of Fu Fang Ku Shen injection was compared to the chemotherapy group, the objective remission rate,RR=1.18,95%CI [1.00,1.40],Z=1.99(P=0.05);The quality of life KPS scores,MD =11.49,95%CI[8.31,14.67],Z=7.08(P<0.00001);Immune index CD4+,MD =10.03,95%CI[9.31,10.75],Z=27.32(P<0.00001);Immune index CD8+,MD =7.65,95%CI [6.65,8.64],Z=15.05(P<0.00001);white blood cell count,MD =1.77,95%CI[1.57,1.96],Z=17.51(P<0.00001);blood platelet count,MD =47.75,95%CI[44.85,50.65],Z=32.30(P<0.00001);gastrointestinal reaction : the incidence of nausea and vomiting,RR =0.57,95%CI[0.46,0.72],Z=4.74(P<0.00001),the incidence of oral mucositis,RR=0.17,95%CI[0.06,0.49],Z=3.32(P=0.0009);the incidence of abnormal liver function,RR =0.46,95%CI[0.31,0.69],Z=3.86(P=0.0001);Incidence of renal dysfunction,RR =0.72,95%CI[0.40,1.28],Z=1.12(P=0.26).Conclusions:1.The objective remission rate of improving tumor size of on breast cancer patients in the postoperative chemotherapy period who used Fu Fang Ku Shen injection was not significant.2.Fu Fang Ku Shen injection combined with chemotherapy can improve CD4+ and CD8+ values in peripheral blood of postoperative patients with breast cancer, thus improving the body immunity.3.Fu Fang Ku Shen injection can improve the physical condition and quality of life of postoperative breast cancer chemotherapy patients, that is with significant curative effect.4.For breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy, using Fu Fang Ku Shen injection can increase the count of white blood cells and platelets, reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting and oral mucositis and improve liver function, but do not significantly improve renal dysfunction. |
