| Objective:To observe the clinical symptoms and signs of knee joint osteoarthritis(stagnation of blood stasis type)of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate injection,improve statistics and analysis,and determine its clinical efficacy.Objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(stagnation of blood stasis),and to explore its treatment of knee osteoarthritis(blood stasis type)The theoretical basis of Chinese medicine.Methods:The patients in this study were enrolled in the Department of Extracorporeal Surgery of the Department of Extramedullary Medicine of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from August 2017 to October 2018,and were diagnosed as patients with stenosis and obstructive knee osteoarthritis.Sixty patients who were selected according to the diagnosis,inclusion,and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The treatment group was given oral painful phlegm and phlegm decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate knee joint injection;the control group was only treated with sodium hyaluronate knee joint injection.Befor the treatment and after 5 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms of each group were noted.The TCM syndrome score,pain score,arthritis index,safety observation index and case rejection were recorded.TCM syndrome score was used.Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)and pain Visual Analog Scale(VAS)were evaluated.After the end of dispassionate observation,the results were compared and analyzed with statistical software SPSS 25.0.Results:(1)Before treatment,after statistical analysis,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of age,gender,duration of the disease,knee distribution and imaging level(p>0.05).(2)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment: There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes before treatment(p>0.05),and the comparison between the two groups before and after treatment It was found that both treatment methods can effectively improve the TCM syndrome scores(p<0.01);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,the main scores,the sub-test scores,and the knee swelling scores of the treatment group compared with the control group.There was a significant advantage in the improvement of lumbar and knee soft points,tongue and pulse scores(p<0.01),and there was an advantage in knee pain and joint stiffness score improvement(p<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of flexion and extension unfavorable points(p>0.05).(3)Both the treatment group and the control group could effectively improve the VAS score(p<0.01),and the VAS score in the treatment group was quite different from the control group(p<0.05).(4)There were no significant differences in WOMAC scores between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group had better improvement in WOMAC total score,pain score,stiffness score and activity score than the control group.Significant benefit(p<0.01).(5)According to the overall efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%.The results of the two groups showed that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was much better than that of the control group(Z=-2.151,p<0.05).Conclusion:The study protocol is effective in treating blood stasis type knee osteoarthritis,can effectively improve TCM syndrome,relieve knee pain,reduce knee arthritis index,improve patient quality of life,and its overall effect is better than simple glass acid Sodium injection therapy,but its long-term effect on knee pain relief and whether it has a fundamental improvement in the disease still needs further research. |
