Combination Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine For The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia With Anxiety And Depression State Of Clinical Observation

Objective:Through the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of banxia xiexin decoction and wendan decoction plus or minus combined with dailixin in the treatment of Functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression state.Methods:A total of 134 cases of Functional dyspepsia(FD)with anxiety and depression were n-umbered by random number table method,and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with a quantity ratio of 1:1,67 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine(banxia xiexin decoction and wendan decoction plus or minus)combined with dailixin,while the control group was treated with dailixin on the basis of conventional western medicine.The curative effect judgment was conducted by using the unified symptom rating scale of FD,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Ham-ilton depression scale(HAMD).The patients were followed up before treatment,after trea-tment and after 1 month,and the treatment course was 4 weeks.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no difference in FD symptom score,HAMA score and HAMD score between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the FD symptom score,HAMA score and HAMD score of the two groups were all lower than before(P<0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the effective rates of the two groups were compared,and the treatm-ent group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).4.After 1 month follow-up,the scores of the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).5.After 1 month follow-up,Comparison of recurrence rates of the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Banxia xiexin decoction and wendan decoction plus or minus combined with dailix-in in the treatment of Functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression state has definiteefficacy,good prognosis and can reduce the recurrence rate.2.Combination of treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the curative effect of the course of treatment,with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
