| Objective : To observe the clinical effect of self-made "Dermatitis 2" in the treatment of heart fire hyperactivity type Llichen Simplex Chronicus.Methods : Sixty patients with heart fire hyperactivity type Lichen Simplex Chronicus were selected to meet the inclusion criteria.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each30 cases.The treatment group gave dermatitis2 prescription granule preparation,boiled water,daily one dose,and combined with compound flurmisone ointment,external,Daub,two times a day;The control group was given compound fluoromethasone ointment for external use,daubing the affected area,twice daily,for 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the patient were observed and scores recorded,then the score was statistically analyzed.At the same time,the patients were observed and recorded adverse reactions during the medication.Finally,the efficacy and safety of the drugs were evaluated.Results : Efficiency in treatment group was 66.67 % and total efficiency was96.67 %;The control group showed an efficiency of 30.00 % and a total efficiency of80.0 %.There was significant difference between the apparent and total efficiency of treatment group and control group(P < 0.05);Recurrent rate in treatment group was15.79 %,control group was 25 %,the recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly different from that of control group(P < 0.05).Therefore,the efficiency,efficiency and recurrence rate of treatment group were better than those of control group.Conclusion:1.Dermatitis 2 combined with flumestine ointment in the treatment of heart fire hyperactivity type Lichen Simplex Chronicus clinical curative effect is better than pure topical compound flumetasone ointment.2.Dermatitis 2 treatment of heart-fire hyperthyroid Lichen Simplex Chronicus safe and effective,non-toxic side effects. |
