Clinical Study Of Shen Ling Bai Zhu Decoction And Si Shen Pill Combined With FOLFOX6 Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Postoperative Colorectal Cancer With Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shen Ling Bai Zhu decoction and Si Shen pill combined with FOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of postoperative colorectal cancer patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency,this study compared it with the control group of FOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen to evaluate the effect of ShenLingBaiZhu decoction combined with SiShen pill in adjuvant chemotherapy.Methods Selection in November 2017 to November 2018 in anhui province hospital center of anorectal postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer patients hospitalized in 48 cases,were randomly divided into to be scattered and four gods and three atractylodes pill combining FOLFOX 6 chemotherapy regimen for the team and pure FOLFOX chemotherapy scheme of the control group,all the 24 patients,a course of two cycles of chemotherapy.Comparison of 2 groups of patients before and after treatment with TCM symptom score,tumor markers(CEA,CA199),toxic and side reaction of chemotherapy,KPS score and improve the quality of life scores.Results 1.TCM symptom score: after treatment,the overall effective rate of TCM symptom score in the study group was 83.3%,significantly higher than that in the control group with an overall effective rate of 29.2%.The reduction of TCM symptom score was significantly better in the study group(P<0.05).At the same time,the improvement degree of each single TCM symptom score(abdominal distension and pain,diarrhea,poor appetite,nausea and vomiting,fatigue and fatigue,chills and cold limbs,waist and knee pain)in the research group was also stronger than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.KPS score: after treatment,the KPS score in the study group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group(P < 0.05).Efficacy evaluation of quality of life score(QOL): QOL score of patients in both groups of treatment 2 decreased,and the decrease was more significant in the control group(P < 0.05).3.Evaluation of tumor markers: CEA and CA199 values of patients in the two groups showed no significant difference between before and after treatment(P > 0.05).4.Drug safety: compared with before treatment,WBC count of patients in both groups after treatment was significantly reduced(p < 0.05),while HGB,PLT,ALT,AST,BUN,Scr before and after treatment showed no significant difference(p > 0.05).5.In terms of the incidence of toxic and side effects of chemotherapy,the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions(vomiting,diarrhea),hand and foot syndrome,neurotoxicity and bone marrow suppression in the study group was better than that in the control group(p < 0.05).Conclusion 1.ShenLingBaiZhu decoction and SiShen pill combined with FOLFOX6 chemotherapy can improve the postoperative quality of life score and KPS score of patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency colorectal cancer,reduce the TCM syndrome score,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.ShenLingBaiZhu decoction combined with SiShen pill can reduce the side effects caused by chemotherapy drugs.
