| Objective:This study chooses to investigate the correlation of homocysteine and fibrinosgen levels with SYNTAX score in CAD patients’ plasma.Methods:Select patients in January 2017 to in January 2018 in our hospit al cardiovascular medicine department for coronary angiography,positive for 150 cases of hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease,as coronary heart disease group,in addition to select neaatie in 50 cases as control group,col lected the clinical data of the list,including the general clinical data,Hcy an d Fib plasma test results,the CAG examination results,and quantitifying cor onary angiographyanalysis and then we calculate the SYNTAX score.Accordin g to the CAG results,the CAD group was further divided into the SAP,UA P and AMI groups,as well as the single-branch and multi-branch coronary art ery disease groups.The general clinical data and the differences in Hcy and Fi b concentrations between the CAD group and the control group were compared.The differences in CAD typing and SYNTAX score were compared.The correla tion between these two concentrations and SYNTAX score was analyzed.Results:1.Smoking history,diabetes history,BMI,LDL-C,HDL-C,Fib,and Hcy were statistically different between the control group and the CAD gr oup(P=0.006,P=0.029,P=0.022,P<0.01,P=0.032,P<0.01,P<0.01).2.Co mpared with the SAP group,there was no statistical difference in the concentr ation of Fib and Hcy between the control group and the SAP group(P=0.557,P=0.442).There were statistically significant differences in the concentrations of Fib and Hey between SAP,UAP and AMI(P<0.01,P<0.01,P=0.006;P<0.01,P<0.01,P=0.016),and AMI is higher than UAP,UAP is higher th an SAP.3.There were statistically significant differences in the concentrations of Fib and Hey between the control group,the single-branch group and the mu lti-branch group(P<0.01),and the multi-branch group is higher than the singl e-branch group,the single-branch group is higher than the control group.4.As compared with the low,medium and high risk groups,there statistically signifi cant differences in Fib and Hey concentrations(P-0.001,P<0.01,P<0.01;P<0.01,P<0.01,P=0.006),and the high risk group is higher than the mediu m risk group,the rmedium risk group is higher than the]ow risk group.5.The correlation analysis of Fib and Hey with SYNTAX score shows that these two are positively correlated with SYNTAX score(r=0.697,P<0.01;r=0.675,P<0.01).6.Factors with statistical differences were included in logistic regression ain alysis.The results showed that smoking history diabetes history,LDL-C,Fi b and Hcy were predictors of CAD.Conclusions:1.Hcy and Fib are risk factors of coronary heart disease;2.The concentrations of Hcv and Fib in CAD showed AMI>UAP>SAP and the multi-branch group>the single-branch group.3.The concentration of Fib and Hcy in the SYNTAX score group showed as follows:the high-risk group>the middle risk group>the low-risk group;4.The Hcy and Fib levels of CAD p atients were positively correlated with SYNTAX score,suggesting that the Hcy and Fib levels were positi,vely correlated with the severity of’coronary artery le sions. |
