Background and objective:Esophageal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive tract.China is a high-risk area for esophageal cancer. The typical clinical symptom of esophageal cancer is progressive dysphagia, because of its atypical clinical symptoms, most patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage. Most have lost the chance of surgery or are in the upper part of the esophagus,is unable to undergo surgery, radical radiotherapy for esophageal cancer is the first choice for this type of patient.Related research reports show that tumor markers will have different degrees of improvement in cancer patients.Although the endoscopy of the digestive tract is more accurate, the detection of tumor markers is more concise and the patient is more acceptable. The purpose of this study was to observe the changes of serum carcinoembryonic antigen, carbohydrate antigen 19-9 and carbohydrate antigen 72-4levels before and after radiotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer, and to evaluate the clinical diagnostic value of esophageal cancer and the evaluation value of radiotherapy.Method: We selected 112 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent radiation therapy in our hospital from 2016.10-2017.12 as the observation group, and 70 healthy subjects as the control group. Then use the ELISA method to analyze the serum CEA,CA19-9,CA72-4 before and after radiotherapy and the control group levels.Result: Compared with the control group, the positive rates of serum tumor markers in the observation group were: CEA 36.61%,CA19-9 41.07%,CA72-4 35.71%;The positive detection rates of serum tumor markers in the control group were: CEA 2.86%,CA19-9 2.86%,CA72-4 1.41%;Three joint detection positive rates in esophageal cancer 76.8%.The positive rate of tumor markers in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of CEA,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CEA,CA19-9 and CA72-4 before radiotherapy in the observation group were higher than those after radiotherapy(P<0.05).The levels of serum CEA,CA19-9,and CA72-4in the effective group were significantly lower than those before radiotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion: Detecting the serum of CEA,CA19-9,CA72-4 levels in the clinical diagnosis of esophageal cancer and evaluation of radiotherapy efficacy have certain reference significance。...
