| Objective:In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Q-switched Nd-YAG laser in the treatment of chloasma(liver and kidney deficiency),analyzed and explored the advantages of combined therapy,and provided a more effective solution for the treatment of clinical chloasma.Methods:In this study,patients with chloasma who met the inclusion criteria were selected as subjects and randomly divided into groups of 30 patients.The control group consisted of Q-switched Nd-YAG laser treatment group,a total of 28 patients(2 patients with shedding),and the treatment group was a comprehensive treatment group with 27 patients(3 patients with shedding).The treatment cycle was 12 weeks.Through skin lesion score,disease grading standard,and Chinese medical efficacy evaluation standard as evaluation indicators,patients were compared before and after treatment,and the data were processed by statistical software.Results:After treatment:①The treatment group had significant differences in skin lesion score,disease grading criteria,and Chinese medical efficacy evaluation criteria(P<0.05).②The effective rate of the treatment group was 81.5%,and the effective rate of the control group was 51.6%,with significant difference(P<0.05).③Treatment after 3 months of follow-up,the two groups after combined treatment group recurrence rate 13.6%,control group recurrence rate was 33.3%,showed that combined treatment group therapy is superior to the laser control in controlling the recurrence of chloasma.Conclusion:This study determined the clinical efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction plus Q-switched Nd-YAG laser,and it has advantages in skin lesion score,disease grading standard and Chinese medical efficacy evaluation standard.Through clinical efficacy and recurrence assessment,it is proved that the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment is safe and effective,and it is worthy of further clinical application. |
