| Eating disorders tend to be a subclinical state of health,to a certain extent, and eating disorders tend to develop into a clinical state of eating disorders. The prevalence of eating disorders tends to be high.Foreign research suggests that low energy can be used, which may be the core link of ED.Available energy is the energy used to maintain other physical and mental activities.Low EA plays an important role in reversing exercise-related menstrual disorders and maintaining bone health in women’s exercise.People who actively participate in sports are more active than those who are physically active.HIIT sports pleasure is better than medium-intensity continuous training, which not only promotes physical health, but also provides exercise motivation, which is not available in other forms of exercise.HIIT was chosen as a means of intervention for ED-prone women, monitoring whether they could improve their low energy status and change distorted body perceptions. Objective: To master the incidence of ED tendency of female college students in non-sports disciplines of Beijing Sport University;to obtain the average daily dietary intake, activity energy consumption, and available energy of ED-preferred persons;to grasp the energy metabolism and characteristics of ED-oriented individuals Focus on the core link of low energy utilization;explore whether HIIT exercise intervention can reduce ED risk, improve energy metabolism, and provide a basis for scientific treatment of ED tendency.Research methods: This study uses literature methods, questionnaires, experimental methods, mathematical statistics and other research methods, from the perspective of energy metabolism, the causes of low energy consumption of female college students with eating disorders, and the formulation of exercise intervention programs.Relevant theoretical analysis;on this basis, the overall and specific HIIT intervention program was developed;and the self-contrast experiment was carried out to explore the influence of HIIT on the energy available to female college students with eating disorders. After 8 weeks of experimentation, the following results were obtained:1.A total of 366 non-sports female college students were investigated.92 people were found to have a tendency to eat disorders, and the incidence rate was 26.36%.2.After 8 weeks of HIIT intervention, there was no significant difference in body weight,BMI and body fat percentage between the experimental group(P>0.05),while the percentage of body fat in the blank control group was lower than that before the experiment(P<0.05)..3.After 8 weeks of HIIT intervention, the leanness, gluttony, and dissatisfaction cognitive scores of the experimental group were significantly lower(P<0.05).4.After 8 weeks of HIIT intervention,HIIT could significantly improve the contrast within the energy group(P<0.01),and the available energy increased from24.10±5.93kcal/kg to 33.26±4.59kcal/kg before intervention; There was a significant decrease in internal contrast(P<0.01),from 26.27±10.74 kcal/kg before intervention to 20.81±3.08 kcal/kg.There was also a significant difference between the groups after intervention(P<0.01).The HIIT group was 3.26±4.59kcal/kg,and the blank control group was 20.81±3.08kcal/kg.The HIIT group was significantly higher than the blank control group.Conclusion:1.After 8 weeks of HIIT intervention, the experimental group had a significant improvement in leanness, gluttony tendency and dissatisfaction, indicating that the HIIT exercise had a positive impact on people with eating disorders and reduced the risk of eating disorders.2.After the 8-week HIIT intervention in the experimental group, the available energy has been greatly improved, indicating that the HIIT intervention has a positive effect on improving the available energy. |
