Clinical Study On Improving Endometrial Receptivity Of Patients With Repeated Failure Of IVF-ET By Tonifying Kidney And Filling Essence

Objective:To observe the effect of tonifying kidney and filling essence method on endometrial receptivity in patients with repeated IVF-ET failure of kidney deficiency and essence deficiency and to explore its mechanism.Methods:In accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 cases of repeated IVF-ET failure in gynecological outpatient department of Shanxi traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected and randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with Tiaojing Zhuyong capsule combined with Bujialue,while the control group was treated with Bujialue.4 cases of Tiaojing Zhuyong capsule were taken orally 3 times a day on the 3rd day of menstruation for 25 consecutive days.Bujia was happy to take 2 mg / day on the 7th day of menstruation.To two weeks after ovulation stop taking medicine.Treatment cycle is3 months,during the treatment of patients can be based on the situation of embryo transfer,if clinical pregnancy Stop taking medicine and follow up 3 months after treatment.Observe clinical pregnancy rate,curative effect of TCM syndromes,change of total integral of TCM syndromes,changes of main symptoms,changes of endometrial thickness and RII-PI,and observe routine blood and urine routine.Coagulation routine,liver function,renal function,electrocardiogram and other safety indicators.Results:The rate of periodic pregnancy in the test group(42.86)was significantly better than that in the control group(27.27%),the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);the curative effect of TCM diagnosis in the experimental group was 66.66),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the total integral of TCM syndrome in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the total score of TCM syndromes in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the main symptoms of the experimental group were obviously better than that of the control group(P < 0.05),the thickness of endometrium in the test group was obviously better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The improvement of Pi of uterine spiral artery in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Tiaojingzh capsule combined with Bujialue in the treatment of repeated failure of IVF-ET with deficiency of kidney essence was effective in improving the symptoms of the patients,especially in patients with main symptoms,especially in the patients with waist and knee weakness,thickening the endometrial thickness and improving the endometrial blood flow.Improve the endometrial receptivity,and then improve the clinical pregnancy rate of patients.
