Experimental Study On Effect Of Aplastic Anemia Model Rat’s Regulation Factors IL–2, TNF–a Treated With Tonifying Kidney And Replenishing Essence Method

Objective：To observed the effect of Aplastic Anemia the model rat’s RegulationFactors’ level treated with Tonifying Kidney and Replenishing Essence Method,investigate the mechanism of action. Methods: Clean-class Wistar rats were divided into4groups，namely blank group, model group, treatment group (Tonifying Kidney andReplenishing Essence basic prescription,TKRE) and control group(Aplastie AnemiaBlood-engendring tablet) respectively. Rats were given the5-FU plus Myleran to induceAA model of rats. The blank group rats were fed normal foods,after judge AA modelsucceed, the treatment group and control group rats were fed with TKRE prescription andAplastie Anemia Blood-engendring tablet for30days, After the experiment ended,toobserve each group of rat’s general condition and symptoms,test each rat’s circumferenceblood cytometry, the marrow pathology and the level of IL–2and TNF–a. Results：(1)Rat’s general condition and symptoms: Compared with model group, the treatmentgroup and control group rat’s spirit diet and motion were improved, quality of life raised;(2)Circumference blood cytometry: Compared with model group,the numbers of bloodcells in treatment group were increased in varying degrees, the difference were statisticallysignificant (P<0.05).Compared with control group, the treatment group has significantlyrise in white blood cell,the blood platelet and the net weaves the red blood cell number,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Marrow pathology:Compared withthe model group, the treatment groups’ marrow proliferation restored,the three Systemcells proliferate,un-hematopoietic tissue and adipose Tissue reduce relatively, thehematopoietic structure restored, the treatment group bring about a striking effect thancontrol group.(4)Cell Factors IL-2and TNF-α: IL-2and TNF-α levels were significantlyelevated in model group and treatment groups than the blank group.Compared with model group,IL-2and TNF-α levels were declined in treatment group, the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group compared with control group, the IL-2has difference in the two groups(P<0.05),the TNF-α has no difference in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions：According to the experiment show that the tonifying kidney andreplenishing essence method could significantly improve rat’s general condition andsymptoms,promote rat’s circumference blood cells, improve bone marrow hematopoieticfunction of aplastic anemia model of rat, Take into account that the tonifying kidney andreplenishing essence method can effectively improve abnormal secreteing of regulationfactors,encouraged the bone marrow hematopoietic function’s recover,through it achievingthe therapeutic purposes.
