Clinical Observation Of Qufeng Decoction For Chronic Persistence Of Bronchial Asthma Based On Qufeng Qingjiang Method

Objective: To observe the effect and safety of Qufeng Decoction in treating chronic persistence of bronchial asthma by comparing the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients before and after the use of Qufeng Qingjiang Decoction in order to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qufeng Decoction in treating chronic persistence of bronchial asthma.To verify the theory of Qufeng Qingjiang method in treating chronic persistence of bronchial asthma,to provide theoretical basis and clinical data reference for exploring the treatment of chronic persistence of bronchial asthma with traditional Chinese medicine,and to further expand the new ideas and methods of treating bronchial asthma with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: According to the research plan,72 patients with chronic asthma(moderate persistence)who met the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and were differentiated into asthma syndromes by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.36 patients in the control group were treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation as the basic treatment,while 36 patients in the treatment group were treated with self-made Qufeng Decoction of Decoction-free granules of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The course of treatment was 14 days in both groups.After the course of treatment,the symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed,analyzed and evaluated.All test data are processed and analyzed by SPSS22.0.Results: There were 36 cases in each group,4 cases in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group.A total of 64 cases were selected according to the research criteria.After14 days of treatment,the total effective rate was 90.6% in the treatment group and 81.3% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P=0.032<0.05).The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:According to the theory of chronic persistent wind evil in bronchial asthma,which is related to lung and liver,and based on Qufeng Qingjiang method,oral Qufeng decoction can effectively improve the symptoms related to asthma.
