Objectives: To investigate the changes of LXA4 levels and the relationship between LXA4 and inflammatory factors in patients with hyperuricemia by analyzing the levels of LXA4 and proinflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6 and anti-inflammatory factor TGF-β in patients with hyperuricemia. Methods: 121 patients were collected during physical examinations and outpatient from the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from March 2018 to November 2018.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,36 patients with simple hyperuricemia and 49 patients with hyperuricemia complicated with other diseases were selected as hyperuricemia group, and 36 healthy persons in the same period were set as normal control group. The levels of LXA4,TNF-α,IL-6 and TGF-β were detected by ELISA,and the clinical data of two groups were collected. The changes of clinical indicators in two groups were compared, the correlation between LXA4 and inflammatory factors and the correlation between uric acid and various indicators were analyzed. Results: 1.The changes of LXA4 and inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6 and TGF-β in patients with hyperuricemia. The levels of LXA4,TNF-α,IL-6 and TGF-β in hyperuricemia group were significantly higher than those in normal control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The relationship between LXA4 and inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6 and TGF-β in patients with hyperuricemia.Correlation analysis showed that LXA4 was significantly positively correlated with IL-6 and TGF-β(P<0.05),and had no significant correlation with TNF-α(P>0.05).LXA4,TNF-α,IL-6 and TGF-β were significantly positively correlated with UA(P>0.05).P < 0.05).3.Changes in general and laboratory indicators in patients with hyperuricemia. There was no significant difference in age between hyperuricemia group and normal control group(P=0.208).There were significantly more males than females in the hyperuricemia group. The levels of Body weight,BMI,systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,UA,AST,ALT,Urea,Crea,TG,TC,LDL-C,Glu and hs-CRP in hyperuricemia group were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P<0.05),and the level of HDL-C was significantly lower than that in the normal control group(P<0.01).In hyperuricemia group body weight,BMI,systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,AST,ALT,Urea,Crea,TG,TC,LDL-C and hs-CRP were positively correlated with UA(P<0.05),HDL-C was significant negatively correlated with UA(P<0.05).Gender,body weight, systolic blood pressure,AST,Crea, and TG were the influencing factors of UA(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The levels of inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6 and TGF-β in hyperuricemia group were significantly increased, suggesting that hyperuricemia is in a micro-inflammatory state.2.The level of LXA4 in hyperuricemia group was significantly increased,LXA4 was significant positively correlated with IL-6 and TGF-β,abnormal expression of LXA4 may be involved in the inflammatory response process of hyperuricemia. |
