In recent years,with the acceleration of the process of industrialization,urbanization,and aging,chronic non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,malignant tumors,chronic respiratory diseases,hypertension,and diabetes have become an impact on the health of our residents.The main disease of life quality.Diabetes is a life-long disease that can cause a variety of systemic diseases,such as kidney disease,eye diseases,nerve damage and diabetic complications.It can also cause disability and premature death.It requires long-term treatment and care.Bring a serious economic burden to individuals,families,and society.Since diabetes is a chronic disease that develops for a long time,treatment takes a long time,and the most effective way to deal with the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases is to use community-based comprehensive prevention and control based on health education and health promotion.There are 6 community health service centers/stations in Panlong District,Kunming that are under the jurisdiction of relatively more people with diabetes(Jinchen Street Renqiying Community Health Service Center,Jinkangyuan Community Health Service Station,Qingyun Golden Symphony Community Health Service Station,Drum Tower,Lishutou Community Health Service Station,Yunshan First Day Cover Community Health Service Station,Alliance Zhongming Road Community Health Service Station conducted a field survey.This article uses a questionnaire survey to investigate the current status of diabetes prevention and management,and obtains information about the conditions of knowledge,behavior,community prevention and treatment,satisfaction,economic burden,medical security,and physical examination.Interviews with chronic disease prevention and control staff in Panlong District to understand the situation of primary health care institutions in providing prevention and treatment of the diabetes community and to understand the gap between supply and demand.Through the analysis and analysis of the survey data,it is found that diabetic patients need to learn diabetes knowledge,but their cognitive level is not high,and their attitudes and behaviors are biased.In the process of providing prevention and treatment of the diabetes community,the community failed to implement relevant policies,promoted publicity,and lacked primary health prevention and treatment capabilities.There is a shortage of talents in basic medical and health institutions,the number of personnel engaged in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases is obviously low,the gender ratio is very different,the professional and academic qualifications of personnel engaged in the preventionand treatment of chronic diseases are unreasonable,the overall quality needs to be improved,and the level of community prevention and treatment services is provided.And limited capacity.Based on the theory of health promotion and the content of community prevention and control,this article analyzes the status quo and existing problems and causes of the prevention and management of diabetes in grassroots health service organizations from the perspectives of supply and demand,and proposes reasonable solutions.
