Objective:By observing the nourishing Qi and Yin,clearing heat and eliminating phlegm and promoting blood circulation in improvement with chronic stable angina TCM syndrome integral, arterial function, blood lipids, hemorrheology and inflammatory factor, the influence of clinical curative effect, evaluation the elves particles for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic stable angina and provide evidence to slow disease progression.Methods:80 patients with chronic stable angina pectoris who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with nourishing Qi and Yin,clearing heat and eliminating phlegm and promoting blood circulation on the basis of western medicine standard treatment, while the control group was only treated with western medicine standard treatment. The treatment cycle of both groups was 8 weeks. The changes of TCM syndrome score, arterial function, blood lipid, blood rheology, inflammatory factors and safety indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results:Both groups were improved after TCM syndrome integral treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Bilateral carotid artery velocity imaging pulse wave conduction velocity(UFPWV)and resistance index(RI)improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in bilateral carotid intima media thickness before and after treatment(P>0.05).After lipid treatment, both groups showed improvement(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Inflammatory cytokines were improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Hemorheology indexes were improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:JingLing Prescription can delay the progress of the disease by improving TCM syndrome points, arterial function, blood lipid, blood rheology and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic stable angina pectoris, and it has a good safety. Therefore,it has a broad prospect in the field of TCM treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris.
