Study Of The Health Education And Intervention Effect Of Vocal Cord Polyps Postoperative Patients With Health Belief Model

Objective:The aim of this study is to develop a health education based on the healthy belief model in patients with postoperative vocal cord polyps,To study the effects of this kind of health education on anxiety,vocal dysfunction,self-efficacy and health-related behaviors in patients after vocal cord polyps.In order to promote the recovery of patients' positive emotions,the establishment of health beliefs,the establishment of self-efficacy,the improvement of voice quality,the consolidation of healthy behaviors,and the correction of bad daily behaviors provide an effective method for clinical health education.Methods:A study was conducted on a vocal cord polyp from a professor of otolaryngology at a tertiary hospital in Jilin Province from February to June 2018.Patients who met the inclusion criteria were grouped according to the treatment area.The patients in the NO.2 treatment area were the control group,a total of 130 people,including 62 person in the control group and 68 person in the experimental group.The control group received routine health education.The experimental group gave HBM-based health education on the basis of routine nursing,and the intervention was 2 months.The general information questionnaire,the Hamilton anxiety scale,the general self-efficacy scale,the vocal dysfunction index scale,the follow-up questionnaire were used to evaluate the two groups of patients,and the collected data were statistically analyzed,and finally the conclusion was drawn.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in the evaluation indexes between the two groups before the experiment(p>(2)After the experiment,the scores of anxiety,self-efficacy and voice handicap index were statistically significant(p<0.05).(3)After the experiment,the difference between the two groups of patients in smoking cessation behavior,alcohol withdrawal behavior,adherence to voice training,the frequency of standard sound time and insist on functional exercise adherence was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)in abstaining from spicy and stimulating diet.Conclusion:(1)HBM-based health education can effectively reduce the anxiety of patients after vocal cord polyps.(2)HBM-based health education can effectively improve patients' self-efficacy.(3)HBM-based health education can effectively reduce the level of patients' voice disorder.(4)HBM-based health education can effectively regulate the patients on quit smoking,abstain from alcohol,control their daily use time,insist on functional exercise,etc.
