| Objective: to develop the evaluation indicator system of the care ability for care givers of preschool children with asthma,used to assess care ability of caregivers,an d through the empirical study verify the scientificiry and feasibility of the evaluation index system,to provide reference basis of asthma specialist medical workers to carr y out the individualized health education intervention for caregivers next step.Methods:⑴Development of evaluation indicator system :(1)Qualitative interviews for the c aregivers of children with asthma and pediatric asthma management experts.With Pur posive sampling,conforms to caregivers of meeting inclusing criteria,a total of 15 c aregivers and 5 asthma management experts then theme saturated with semi-structured interviews.The researcher used to analyze the data with Colaizzi 7-step analysis guid ed by Knowledge,Attitude and Practice Theory and Competency Model,preliminarily conducted related items of the evaluation indicator system;(2)Combined with clinical p ractice experience,literature review,expert opinion supplement and analysis,the expe rt consultation version of the evaluation indicator system was preliminarily developed,including 3 first-level indicators、8 second-level indicators and 33 third-level indicaters.⑵Evaluation of evaluation indicator system:Delphi expert consultation was used for evaluation of the indicator system,selecting 16 experts meeting inclusion criteria conducted two rounds of expert consultation,according to the expert advice to the re vised draft form the evaluation indicator system of the care ability for caregivers of preschool children with asthma,including 3 first-level indicators、8 secondary indicat ors、28 three-level indicators,and in the process of second round expert consultation,the related indicators to form a judgment matrix,ask an expert to evaluate the relative importance of each index in the matrix.At the end of the expert consultation,the reseacher analyzed the expert consultation reliability and reliability and validity analys is for evaluating the scientificity and feasibility of the indicator system.;(4)Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process group decision-making function of the evaluation indicator system for the weight coefficient analysis,the preliminary completion of the indicator system construction,for evaluating the scientificity and feasibility of the indicator sys tem.Results:(1)Through qualitative research,the researcher summarized three problems in fam ily management of caregivers(preschool children with asthma),based on Knowledge,Attitude and Practice Theory,namely lack of care knowledge,unfirm care belief and substandard care behavior.The pediatric asthma management experts put forward three requirements for caregivers from the perspective of Competency Model,namely learni ng ability,adaptive ability and management ability.(2)Through two rounds of expert consultation,3 first-level indicators including ca re knowledge,care attitude and care behavior、8 second-level indicators and 28 third-level indicators were constructed.The weight of indicators at all levels was determin ed to completing the quantification of the indicators.According to the calculated weig ht results,the evaluation indicator system of the care ability for caregivers of presch ool children with asthma was preliminarily established,verifying the scientificity and feasibility of the indicator system,worthing of application.Conclusion:The evaluation indicator system of the care ability for caregivers of preschool ch ildren with asthma constructed in this study is scientific and reasonable,which is wo rthy of further exploratory study and clinical application. |
